Tan solo <strong>conectar con nosotros mismos y seguir nuestra intuici\u00f3n<\/strong>, que por cierto se desarrolla especialmente durante la gestaci\u00f3n. No es una \u00e9poca para emprender grandes cambios alimenticios.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Deber\u00edamos empezar a cuidar nuestro cuerpo meses antes de quedarnos embarazadas; \u201cprepararnos\u201d para el momento, ya que el embarazo va a depender en gran medida de nuestra situaci\u00f3n inicial. Si la madre se ha cuidado los meses previos al embarazo con una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable, variada y equilibrada, los s\u00edntomas f\u00edsicos de los primeros meses ser\u00e1n mucho mas leves e incluso inexistentes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Cuidados generales<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>La comunicaci\u00f3n con el bebe es clave<\/strong> desde el primer momento, conectar con \u00e9l, transmitirle tranquilidad, armon\u00eda, paz. Fomentar pensamientos positivos, hacer actividades que nos relajen, descansar y cuidarnos. El ejercicio f\u00edsico moderado va a ser muy importante durante el embarazo puesto que nos permitir\u00e1 tener una buena condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica llegado el momento del parto.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Cuidados alimentarios <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>La madre durante el embarazo necesita un <strong>mayor aporte de minerales<\/strong>. Una forma f\u00e1cil y c\u00f3moda de proporcionarlos es mediante el uso de algas en nuestro d\u00eda a d\u00eda. \u00bfC\u00f3mo? Cocinando el cereal integral y la legumbre con un trozo peque\u00f1o de alga kombu, a\u00f1adiendo una cucharada sopera de alga dulse a las cremas de verduras o a\u00f1adiendo copos de alga nori en las sopas, por ejemplo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Si hay mucho deseo de dulce, aumentar la cantidad de cereal integral, el uso de verduras dulces (calabaza, cebolla, zanahoria, coles) y legumbres, sobre todo las alubias azuki.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Usar melazas de cereales (arroz, cebada) en lugar de az\u00facares simples (az\u00facar blanco, moreno, edulcorantes) as\u00ed como controlar el uso de condimentos salados.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En general conviene disminuir o evitar: carnes, productos refinados, procesados, az\u00facares simples, l\u00e1cteos y estimulantes como el caf\u00e9 o el t\u00e9 negro.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>C\u00f3mo aportar los nutrientes que m\u00e1s suelen preocupar durante el embarazo:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hierro<\/strong>: alga dulse, verduras de hoja verde, lentejas, semillas de calabaza, pescado azul peque\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Calcio<\/strong>: alga hijiki, verduras de hoja verde, semillas de s\u00e9samo, nueces y almendras, garbanzos, pescado.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Acido f\u00f3lico<\/strong>: cereales integrales, verduras de hoja verde y coles, frutos secos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>N\u00e1useas<\/strong>: Peque\u00f1as cantidades de jengibre. Tambi\u00e9n el chucrut, lim\u00f3n y la ciruela umeboshi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se recomienda tomar t\u00e9s como el Kukicha, que es bueno para el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico y ayuda a aliviar el cansancio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La siguiente <strong>bebida de verduras dulce<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n ayuda al cuerpo a relajarse, calma los nervios y suaviza las emociones. Se recomienda adem\u00e1s para la hipoglucemia, el estr\u00e9s y la diabetes<strong>. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Utilizar cantidades iguales de 4 verduras dulces, cortar finamente (cebollas, zanahorias, col y calabaza de invierno).<\/li>\n<li>Hervir las verduras durante 3 minutos destapadas en3 \u00f3 4 veces el volumen de agua que ocupen las verduras. Reducir el fuego, tapar y dejar a fuego lento durante 20 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Colar las verduras (podr\u00e1 usarlas m\u00e1s tarde en sopas y estofados). Beber el l\u00edquido caliente o a temperatura ambiente.<\/li>\n<li>No a\u00f1adir sal o cualquier otro aderezo a esta receta.<\/li>\n<li>La bebida de verduras dulces podr\u00e1 guardarla en el frigor\u00edfico durante 2 d\u00edas, pero ser\u00e1 preciso calentarla para que vuelva a la temperatura ambiente antes de tomarla.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>El embarazo es un momento \u00fanico en la vida.<\/strong> Un momento para disfrutar. Seguir h\u00e1bitos de vida saludables como pasear diariamente, practicar ejercicios de respiraci\u00f3n, friegas corporales, comidas regulares y variadas, evitar cenas copiosas, masticar bien los alimentos, fomentar pensamientos positivos y establecer v\u00ednculo con el beb\u00e9 nos ayudar\u00e1 a hacer de esta una experiencia inolvidable.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El embarazo es un estado natural y como tal no hemos de hacer grandes cambios.
