{"id":71695,"date":"2016-04-18T17:42:14","date_gmt":"2016-04-18T15:42:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/receta-de-tempeh-marinado-con-verduras\/"},"modified":"2022-11-09T20:36:08","modified_gmt":"2022-11-09T18:36:08","slug":"receta-de-tempeh-marinado-con-verduras","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/es\/receta-de-tempeh-marinado-con-verduras\/","title":{"rendered":"Receta de Tempeh marinado con verduras"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La receta de hoy no es tan sencilla de preparar como otras recetas saludables publicadas anteriormente, pero os garantizamos que \u00a1el resultado merece la pena!<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cucharadas de vinagre de arroz<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de salsa de soja o tamari<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de agua<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de ra\u00edz de jengibre rallada o picada<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de aceite de s\u00e9samo tostado<\/li>\n<li>230g de tempeh, cortado en tiras (alrededor de medio cent\u00edmetro)<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharaditas de aceite de s\u00e9samo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Para las verduras con salsa de miso:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 r\u00e1banos a rodajas<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de col cortada en juliana<\/li>\n<li>1 zanahoria cortada en juliana<\/li>\n<li>2 tazas de verduras de hoja verde<\/li>\n<li>2 cebolletas, cortadas en rodajas finas<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de cilantro cortado en dados<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Para la salsa:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cucharadas de miso blanco dulce<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de mostaza de Dijon<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de zumo de lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de sirope de arroz<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n de la receta de tempeh:<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Para preparar el tempeh, coloca el vinagre, el tamari, el agua y el jengibre en una olla.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1ade el tempeh y hierve a fuego lento durante aproximadamente 10 minutos. Deja el tempeh sumergido en el l\u00edquido hasta que est\u00e9 listo para freir.<\/li>\n<li>Calienta el aceite de s\u00e9samo en una sart\u00e9n grande a fuego medio. Cocina cada parte durante aproximadamente cuatro minutos y sirve caliente.<\/li>\n<li>Para preparar las verduras, pon a hervir un cazo de agua y blanquea ligeramente la zanahoria, la col, las verduras de hoja verde y los r\u00e1banos. Cocina cada una de las verduras r\u00e1pidamente hasta que adquieran un color vivo y queden crujientes.<\/li>\n<li>Coloca las verduras en un bol y a\u00f1ade el cilantro y las cebolletas.<\/li>\n<li>Para preparar la salsa, pasa por la licuadora el miso, la mostaza, el lim\u00f3n, el aceite y el sirope hasta que quede cremoso o bate con br\u00edo.
