Esto puede ser dif\u00edcil al principio, puesto que <strong>el cuerpo y las emociones se han acomodado a la energ\u00eda del invierno<\/strong>, al ritmo m\u00e1s let\u00e1rgico del invierno.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong>El despertar del cuerpo<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Muchos hemos engordado alg\u00fan kilo de m\u00e1s, pero esto es una respuesta normal del organismo a la oscuridad fr\u00eda del invierno\u2026 Adem\u00e1s del aumento de peso, quiz\u00e1s notemos que tenemos exceso de mucosidad (la forma en que el cuerpo libera toxinas) debido a la alergia primaveral o una energ\u00eda baja. Es hora de vivificar el cuerpo y el coraz\u00f3n mediante una limpieza a fondo.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cEl \u00f3rgano asociado con la primavera es el h\u00edgado, el \u00f3rgano que m\u00e1s limpieza necesita en esta estaci\u00f3n.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Apostar por el verde<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Primavera significa verde, y el verde simboliza la curaci\u00f3n y la renovaci\u00f3n. Los brotes color verde lima en los \u00e1rboles y el resurgimiento de la hierba en la tierra marr\u00f3n dotan al mundo de <strong>una energ\u00eda fresca y viva.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Una manera de hacer tu vida m\u00e1s verde es incrementar el consumo de verduras, especialmente las locales, que incluyen los brotes, las hojas verdes de diente de le\u00f3n, hojas de mostaza, de col rizada, la achicoria, la escarola, la r\u00facula, los berros, las alcachofas\u2026<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Muchas de estas verduras tienen un sabor amargo y por tanto ofrecen el ant\u00eddoto perfecto para el tiempo h\u00famedo, fresco y pesado<\/strong> que trae la primavera, tanto internamente como externamente.<\/p>\n<p>Los alimentos amargos son refrescantes, secantes y ligeros por naturaleza y en consecuencia ofrecen el soporte a la desintoxicaci\u00f3n que tu cuerpo, en particular el h\u00edgado, necesita en esta \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Los alimentos para incluir en esta estaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>VERDURA:<\/strong> Verduras ligeramente picantes y amargas, que son excelentes purificadoras: parte verde del puerro, cebollinos, cebolletas, germinados, apio, alcachofas, escarola, r\u00e1banos y sus hojas, endivias, achicoria.<br \/>\n<strong>CEREALES:<\/strong> Arroz de grano largo, la cebada, la quinoa (las herviremos con un trocito de alga kombu).<br \/>\n<strong>SOPAS:<\/strong> Las haremos m\u00e1s ligeras que en invierno, con menos condimento salado, con menos legumbres y cereales.
