Hoy, te proponemos 3 recetas para revitalizarte:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>CEBADA DE PRIMAVERA <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>(Plato altamente nutritivo que refresca, depura el h\u00edgado y mejora la condici\u00f3n de la piel)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 <strong>calabac\u00edn<\/strong> cortado en cubos<\/li>\n<li>1 <strong>zanahoria<\/strong> cortada en cuadritos<\/li>\n<li>1 <strong>cebolla<\/strong> cortada en juliana<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd vaso de <strong>guisantes<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>\u00bd vaso de <strong>ma\u00edz<\/strong> tierno biol\u00f3gico<\/li>\n<li>1 vaso de <strong>cereal<\/strong> (75% de cebada y 25% de arroz integral)<\/li>\n<li>3 vasos de agua para cada vaso de cereal<\/li>\n<li><strong>miso blanco<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cocer en una olla a presi\u00f3n la cebada y el arroz, los guisantes, la zanahoria, la cebolla y el calabac\u00edn con el triple de agua.<\/li>\n<li>Destapar la olla y a\u00f1adir el ma\u00edz.<\/li>\n<li>Antes de apagar el fuego, a\u00f1adir una cucharada de miso blanco y disolver bien.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>ENSALADA DE PRIMAVERA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>(Aporta vitaminas y minerales y relaja el h\u00edgado)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pepino<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Algas wakame<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Br\u00f3coli<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>R\u00e1banos<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Hojas de r\u00e1bano<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Kiwis<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Vinagre de arroz<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>S\u00e9samo tostado<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Lim\u00f3n<\/strong> y ralladura de lim\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Miso blanco<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Jugo de <strong>concentrado de manzana<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ali\u00f1o:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1 cucharada de <strong>miso blanco<\/strong>, 2 cucharadas de <strong>vinagre de arroz<\/strong>, 3 cucharadas de jugo <strong>concentrado de manzana<\/strong>, 1 cucharadita de<strong> aceite de s\u00e9samo tostado<\/strong>, hierbas arom\u00e1ticas frescas al gusto.<\/p>\n<p>Mezclar todo bien y emulsionar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cortar el pepino en l\u00e1minas y ponerlas en un cuenco con agua, en la nevera.<\/li>\n<li>Poner las algas wakame a remojo.<\/li>\n<li>Cocinar el br\u00f3coli cortado al vapor y utilizar tambi\u00e9n el tallo. Al final de la cocci\u00f3n al vapor, a\u00f1adir los r\u00e1banos (durante 10 segundos).<\/li>\n<li>Reservar las hojas de los r\u00e1banos y lavar muy bien.<\/li>\n<li>Una vez est\u00e9 frio el vapor, mezclar los ingredientes, ali\u00f1ar con la vinagreta y al final a\u00f1adir la ralladura de lim\u00f3n y unas gotas de aceite. Mezclar \u00bd hora antes de la comida.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir unas gotas de lim\u00f3n para que no se ponga negro.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>ENSALADA TEMPLADA DE LENTEJAS, BROTES Y AJOS TIERNOS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Lentejas<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Brotes de soja<\/strong> o de alfalfa<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ajos tiernos<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Cebollinos<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Alcaparras<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Aceite de oliva<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Salsa de soja<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Vinagre de arroz<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cocer las lentejas con un poco de sal pero que queden enteras.<\/li>\n<li>Hacer un salteado de brotes de sojao de alfalfa y ajos tiernos.<\/li>\n<li>Esperar a que las lentejas se enfr\u00eden un poco y a\u00f1adir el salteado de los ajos, las alcaparras, el aceite de oliva y la salsa de soja.<\/li>\n<li>Servir con cebollino o la parte verde de los ajos tiernos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con la llegada de la primavera, nuestros cuerpos necesitan acostumbrarse al cambio de estaci\u00f3n y luchar contra las alergias primaverales o la falta de energ\u00eda.
