Pero la realidad es que  el movimiento<em> slow food<\/em> naci\u00f3 hace nada menos que 30 a\u00f1os en un pueblo de Italia, defendiendo una <strong>nueva manera de comer<\/strong> y que adem\u00e1s conlleva numerosos <strong>beneficios para nuestra salud.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Placer y conocimiento<\/h4>\n<p>El <em>slow food<\/em> naci\u00f3 con la voluntad de luchar contra la estandarizaci\u00f3n del gusto en la gastronom\u00eda y para defender la diversidad de alimentos que tenemos en los diferentes pa\u00edses del mundo. Consiste en combinar el placer y el conocimiento culinario. \u00bfQu\u00e9 promueve la <em>slow food<\/em>?<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; las <strong>comidas caseras<\/strong> con <strong>alimentos locales y org\u00e1nicos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>conservar las tradiciones gastron\u00f3micas<\/strong> de cada regi\u00f3n del planeta<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>disfrutar<\/strong> de las comidas acompa\u00f1ados por familia y amigos<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; desarrollar el <strong>sentido del gusto<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>tomar el tiempo<\/strong> de comer y saborear cada bocado<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Numerosos beneficios<\/h4>\n<p>Mientras que la comida r\u00e1pida o <em>fast food<\/em> nos obliga a comer en un tiempo r\u00e9cord grandes cantidades de alimentos grasientos y salados que no nos aportan los nutrientes necesarios, sin tener el tiempo necesario para masticarlos, la <em>slow food<\/em> conlleva varios beneficios para una mejor salud:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; favorece una <strong>buena digesti\u00f3n<\/strong> gracias a la masticaci\u00f3n de los alimentos<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; ayuda a <strong>controlar el estr\u00e9s<\/strong>. Ya que se come sin prisas, el cuerpo no genera s\u00edntomas desagradables por el estr\u00e9s de comer r\u00e1pido.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; permite <strong>comer de forma saludable<\/strong>; dado que promueve una dieta equilibrada con productos org\u00e1nicos, naturales y nutritivos.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>previene malestares digestivos e intestinales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; ayuda a <strong>controlar el peso<\/strong> con la ingesti\u00f3n de alimentos sanos y que contienen muy poca o ninguna grasa.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>mejora la absorci\u00f3n de los nutrientes<\/strong> de los alimentos ya que se mastican de forma correcta lo que hace hacemos adem\u00e1s que se digiera mejor la comida.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Un movimiento de moda<\/h4>\n<p>Gracias al <em>slow food<\/em>, la gente se est\u00e1 concienciando de la importancia de comer sano y tranquilamente. Las redes sociales  est\u00e1 favoreciendo esta tendencia gracias al desarrollo de nuevas maneras de consumir la comida, como es el caso de los famosos <strong>bowls<\/strong>. Por su tama\u00f1o permiten<strong> comer en cantidades razonables<\/strong>, lo que es perfecto para controlar el peso. Implica adem\u00e1s pensar c\u00f3mo se van a combinar los alimentos (se utilizan una gran cantidad de productos saludables, como leche vegetal, frutas, semillas\u2026)  Y lo mejor de todo, es que los bowls resultan <strong>muy apetecibles<\/strong>, lo que encaja totalmente en la filosof\u00eda de comer con ganas y placer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de ser beneficioso para nuestra salud, el movimiento<em> slow food<\/em> tambi\u00e9n es bueno para el medio ambiente, ya que para que un alimento pueda entrar en este tipo de dieta tiene que haber sido producido de una manera limpia, sin da\u00f1ar el medio ambiente o el mundo animal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Seguro que en los \u00faltimos meses has escuchado hablar sobre el movimiento slow food como una de las tendencias m\u00e1s punteras en cuanto a alimentaci\u00f3n saludable se refiere.
