Esto no es nada sorprendente dado que <strong>los l\u00e1cteos son alimentos muy grasos e indigestos<\/strong> que contribuyen a que aparezcan enfermedades respiratorias como la bronquitis, la sinusitis o el asma entre otras.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>\u00bfEs la leche de vaca \u00f3ptima para los humanos?<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<p>La leche de vaca est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada por la naturaleza para lograr que un ternero crezca r\u00e1pidamente, no para el crecimiento de un beb\u00e9 humano. Existen estudios que demuestran que la cantidad de amino\u00e1cidos de la leche de vaca, as\u00ed como la calidad de \u00e9stos, dista mucho de la calidad y la cantidad de los de la leche materna, y por ello, el beb\u00e9 no puede metabolizar algunos de los amino\u00e1cidos presentes en exceso en la leche de vaca.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Algunos investigadores defienden que<strong> la case\u00edna, una prote\u00edna contenida en la leche, es de muy dif\u00edcil asimilaci\u00f3n<\/strong> ya que es de gran tama\u00f1o. Esto <strong>puede provocar alergias y diarreas o intolerancia a la lactosa<\/strong>. Por otro lado, su az\u00facar, <strong>la lactosa, provoca mucha mucosidad en el intestino<\/strong> porque no se asimila correctamente. Adem\u00e1s, como recubre las paredes internas del intestino,  impide asimilar el resto de los nutrientes de los alimentos que nuestro organismo est\u00e1 intentando digerir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Un aporte de calcio in\u00fatil<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Siempre se ha defendido que la leche de vaca aporta calcio. Creo que es un alimento adornado de t\u00f3picos, y el calcio es uno de ellos. Evidentemente, los l\u00e1cteos son muy ricos en calcio, pero para que el cuerpo pueda asimilarlo adecuadamente necesita otros elementos como el magnesio, y <strong>la leche es muy pobre en magnesio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Parece m\u00e1s bien que nuestro cuerpo no la asimila bien, pues de otro modo no habr\u00eda tanta descalcificaci\u00f3n y osteoporosis en tantas personas que han tomado leche toda su vida. En pa\u00edses orientales donde no se toma leche se dan muchos menos casos de osteoporosis. Entonces vemos que no es tan importante el aporte de calcio como el equilibrio diet\u00e9tico.<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Otras fuentes de calcio<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El calcio est\u00e1 presente en muchos otros alimentos. Podemos destacar como fuentes ricas en calcio<strong> las algas marinas<\/strong> (hiziki, wakame, kelp, kombu, arame), <strong>los cereales integrales, las semillas,<\/strong> especialmente las de s\u00e9samo, que adem\u00e1s son muy ricas en magnesio, <strong>las legumbres<\/strong> (las lentejas, las alubias..), <strong>las verduras en general, los frutos secos<\/strong> como las almendras, las avellanas, las nueces\u2026<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Y tan importante es saber si ingerimos suficiente calcio como saber si el tipo de dieta que seguimos est\u00e1 consumiendo nuestras reservas de calcio y el resto de minerales. Debemos conocer los alimentos que acidifiquen la sangre y nuestros tejidos para as\u00ed evitarlos: carnes rojas, embutidos, refrescos,  grasas, fritos,  az\u00facares simples y el alcohol.<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Alternativas a la leche de vaca<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Si nos apetece consumir este alimento podemos optar por leches de origen vegetal, como <strong>la leche de avena, de arroz y la de almendras<\/strong>. Estas tres son a mi modo de ver las m\u00e1s equilibradas, pero siempre ser\u00e1n m\u00e1s digestibles si las hervimos durante al menos 3 o 4 minutos. Se puede hervir una gran cantidad y luego guardarla en el frigor\u00edfico. (Al hervirlas recomiendo a\u00f1adir una pizca de sal para realzar su sabor.)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Si tienes s\u00edntomas de alergias y no sabes de d\u00f3nde vienen, te recomiendo probar a eliminar la leche de vaca de tu dieta ya que la mayor\u00eda de las alergias e intolerancias alimentarias desaparecen al eliminar de la dieta el az\u00facar y los l\u00e1cteos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Las alergias alimenticias tocan a cada vez m\u00e1s personas, muchas de las cuales se revelan intolerantes a la leche.
