Su<strong> apariencia tan apetecible y colorida<\/strong> nos alegran la ma\u00f1ana y los ingredientes que los componen nos permiten seguir <strong>una dieta equilibrada y sana<\/strong>: fruta, semillas, verduras y leches vegetales. A continuaci\u00f3n, te ofrecemos 3 recetas para disfrutar de tus ma\u00f1anas de verano:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Un bowl se prepara en dos sencillos pasos. Primero <strong>se crea la base mezclando varios ingredientes<\/strong> en una batidora, se coloca en un cuenco y luego <strong>se le a\u00f1aden los toppings<\/strong>.
