Adem\u00e1s sus ingredientes presentan numerosos beneficios:<br \/>\nLa remolacha es un producto bastante dulce, que <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ayuda a bajar la hipertensi\u00f3n<\/span>.<br \/>\nEl pepino es t\u00edpico de verano, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">refresca y relaja<\/span>.<br \/>\nEl punto avinagrado de esta receta ayuda a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">metabolizar las grasas y desahoga el h\u00edgado<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ingredientes: <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>&#8211; 4 pepinos<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 remolacha cocida<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 cebolla fresca<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 diente de ajo<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Sal y pimienta<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 cucharadita de comino<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Vinagre de arroz<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Vinagre de Jerez<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n del gazpacho de remolacha: <\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Primero se pelan los pepinos y se les quita las pepitas con una cuchara.
