Sin embargo, aunque nos refresquen, este tipo de <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">alimentos y bebidas veraniegas tiene un efecto directo en nuestros ri\u00f1ones<\/span> ya que los debilita y, como consecuencia, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">nuestro cabello tambi\u00e9n se hace m\u00e1s d\u00e9bil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Otro de los alimentos que debilita el ri\u00f1\u00f3n y tiene un gran efecto desmineralizante es el az\u00facar<\/span>, presente como sabemos, en la mayor\u00eda de las bebidas que consumimos en verano y en los helados. De este modo, ser\u00eda interesante:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Aumentar el consumo de algas<\/strong>.
