Es cierto que es imprescindible en nuestros primeros a\u00f1os de vida, pero deja de serlo llegados a una edad adulta, provocando en muchas ocasiones problemas digestivos e incluso <a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/lacteos-y-alergias-alimentarias\/\">intolerancias y alergias a los l\u00e1cteos<\/a>. Bebidas, queso, yogures, mantequilla, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/recetas-saludables-helado-para-diabeticos\/\"><strong>helados<\/strong><\/a><\/span>, consumimos leche bajo una multitud de formas y este<strong> gran consumo de l\u00e1cteos puede ser perjudicial para nuestra salud. <\/strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 dejar de tomar leche?<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>Los efectos de los l\u00e1cteos en la salud<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Seg\u00fan muchos especialistas en alergias, nutricionistas, m\u00e9dicos y expertos en terapias naturales, es posible que hayamos llegado demasiado lejos. El consumo de grandes cantidades de productos l\u00e1cteos ha tenido muchos efectos negativos en nuestra salud:<\/p>\n<p>1. Los <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">trastornos digestivos y dolores de est\u00f3mago se reducen cuando se disminuye el consumo de l\u00e1cteos<\/span>. Normalmente, al iniciar una dieta sin leche se experimenta un aumento de energ\u00eda y una mayor claridad mental, adem\u00e1s de contribuir a perder peso.
