Te revelamos c\u00f3mo <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">quemar grasa corporal de forma r\u00e1pida y eficaz<\/span> para obtener los resultados que est\u00e1s buscando.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestra filosof\u00eda es la de mantener una <u>dieta saludable<\/u> d\u00eda a d\u00eda y realizar<strong> <\/strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ejercicio constante<\/span><strong> <\/strong>que nos permita no solo quemar calor\u00edas sino mantener nuestra salud y nuestra condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica a largo plazo, evitando los cambios bruscos en nuestro cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, nuestros entrenadores personales tienen algunos trucos para aquella gente que necesita quemar grasa r\u00e1pidamente, gracias al tipo de entrenamiento que se ha vuelto tan popular, los ejercicios por intervalos de alta intensidad (HIIT).<\/p>\n<p>El entrenamiento por intervalos de alta intensidad es un entrenamiento funcional basado en generar una \u201cdeuda de ox\u00edgeno\u201d, alternando series de ejercicios que requieran tu m\u00e1ximo esfuerzo con series de menor intensidad para lograr quemar grasa m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando entrenamos al m\u00e1ximo de nuestra capacidad, nuestro cuerpo no puede enviar suficiente ox\u00edgeno a los m\u00fasculos, con lo que se genera una <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">deuda de ox\u00edgeno<\/span>, que es la que hace que jadeemos y nos sintamos agotados. Esta deuda de ox\u00edgeno provoca que durante las series de recuperaci\u00f3n, tengamos que respirar m\u00e1s y m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido para recuperar el aliento, y esta respiraci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida nos hace quemar calor\u00edas m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente, por lo que es una buena forma de ayudarnos a perder grasa corporal. De hecho, el <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">efecto quemagrasas<\/span> puede prolongarse incluso horas despu\u00e9s de hacer ejercicio, por lo que se conoce como <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">EPOC (Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption<\/span>, es decir, Exceso de Consumo de Ox\u00edgeno Post Ejercicio).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-14042\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/iStock_86446913_MEDIUM.jpg\" alt=\"Team of young athletes exercising outdoors while doing squats and stretching exercises.\" width=\"1696\" height=\"1131\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Los <strong>HIIT<\/strong>, como los ejercicios de cardio estrat\u00e9gico, consisten en realizar alg\u00fan tipo de esfuerzo durante unos segundos al m\u00e1ximo de nuestra capacidad, intercal\u00e1ndolos con tiempos de recuperaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed te  dejamos unos ejemplos de este tipo de <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ejercicios quemagrasas por intervalos de alta intensidad para que puedas hacerlos en cuanto antes y conseguir los resultados que quieres este verano.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Running<strong>:<\/strong> Hacer sprints de 30 segundos a la m\u00e1xima velocidad que podamos, altern\u00e1ndolos con recuperaci\u00f3n activa (caminar) durante 60 segundos. Repite esta secuencia 5-10 veces.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Saltar a la comba<\/span>: per\u00edodos de 30 segundos todo lo r\u00e1pido que podamos, intercalados con 60 segundos a velocidad pausada. Repite esta secuencia 5-10 veces.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Montar en bicicleta, remar, nadar\u2026<\/span>: como en el running, intercalar sprints con periodos m\u00e1s pausados para la recuperaci\u00f3n y repetir varias veces.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Circuitos:<\/span> Haz un circuito de varios ejercicios utilizando el peso de tu propio cuerpo como los famosos \u2018burpees\u2019, sentadillas, estocadas, \u2018mountain climbers\u2019 y la plancha. Puedes hacer 30 segundos de alta intensidad de cada uno de estos ejercicios, seguido por 20 segundos de descanso, y repetir el circuito 3-5 veces, dependiendo de tu nivel de entrenamiento.<\/li>\n<li>Cualquier ejercicio de potencia puede servir como entrenamiento HIIT si sabemos adaptarlo.
