{"id":71790,"date":"2016-07-27T11:09:19","date_gmt":"2016-07-27T09:09:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/los-desequilibrios-del-azucar-en-el-cuerpo\/"},"modified":"2022-11-09T20:36:05","modified_gmt":"2022-11-09T18:36:05","slug":"los-desequilibrios-del-azucar-en-el-cuerpo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/es\/los-desequilibrios-del-azucar-en-el-cuerpo\/","title":{"rendered":"Los Desequilibrios del Az\u00facar en el cuerpo"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00bfQuieres saber c\u00f3mo se puede crear una condici\u00f3n desequilibrada de az\u00facar en la sangre?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>No es la primera vez que hablamos de <a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/8-cosas-que-deberiamos-saber-sobre-el-azucar\/\">los efectos negativos del az\u00facar en la salud.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Hoy, de nuevo, sacamos a la luz <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">el efecto que tiene el az\u00facar en nuestro cuerpo,<\/span> para que conozc\u00e1is con m\u00e1s detalle los desequilibrios provocados por <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">uno de los ingredientes m\u00e1s consumidos en nuestra sociedad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>\u00bfQu\u00e9 efecto tiene el az\u00facar en el cuerpo?<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El az\u00facar y otros productos refinados como la miel, la fructosa, la sacarosa  y una larga lista de endulzantes,  <u>tienen un efecto acidificante en la sangre.<\/u> Para amortiguar este efecto, el <u>organismo extrae minerales de la sangre <\/u>y, a continuaci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n de \u00f3rganos como el cerebro, los ri\u00f1ones, llegando a los huesos y los dientes.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando estos \u00f3rganos pierden gran cantidad de sales minerales, se resienten mucho, especialmente los ri\u00f1ones, y es entonces cuando puede <u>producirse una p\u00e9rdida aguda de energ\u00eda y vitalidad.<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Por lo que respecta al cerebro, el consumo de az\u00facar puede causar un efecto extremadamente expansivo y dispersante, <u>disminuyendo la capacidad de atenci\u00f3n, la concentraci\u00f3n y la fuga de ideas.<\/u> El az\u00facar es uno de los alimentos que puede llegar a tener mayores implicaciones para el deterioro de las facultades mentales.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando entra en el torrente sangu\u00edneo, el az\u00facar provoca que suba la glucosa, entonces, el cuerpo responde segregando una importante cantidad de insulina y, al cabo de un tiempo, se puede producir una hipoglucemia. Por consiguiente, se va a producir un espiral cr\u00f3nico.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando te encuentras de mal humor, cansado o bajo de energ\u00eda y recurres al caf\u00e9 con az\u00facar o a una Coca-Cola, al instante notas un efecto de euforia, de excitaci\u00f3n o de complacencia, pero al de poco tiempo, se produce en tu cuerpo el efecto contrario, la hipoglucemia, y vuelves a tener la misma necesidad de tomar az\u00facar.<\/p>\n<p>Es importante saber que someter al cuerpo en un estado de hipoglucemia cr\u00f3nica y combatirla a base de alimentos azucarados puede tener graves consecuencias para la salud.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>El c\u00edrculo vicioso<\/h4>\n<p>La instauraci\u00f3n de este c\u00edrculo vicioso de <strong>hipo<\/strong>glucemia e <strong>hiper<\/strong>glucemia produce a la larga problemas en el p\u00e1ncreas, los ri\u00f1ones, las suprarrenales, el h\u00edgado y los pulmones y un deterioro cr\u00f3nico de las funciones y de las reservas generales del organismo.<\/p>\n<p>Se sabe tambi\u00e9n que <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">las prote\u00ednas y los az\u00facares se regulan entre s\u00ed.<\/span> Si los niveles de prote\u00edna se elevan, tambi\u00e9n se eleva la necesidad de az\u00facar en sangre. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Si consumes mucha prote\u00edna (sobre todo de origen animal), vas a necesitar consumir alimentos dulces; un c\u00edrculo vicioso<\/span> que puede acabar en niveles bajos de az\u00facar en sangre con el subsiguiente estado degenerativo de hiperglucemia o diabetes.<\/p>\n<p>Dicho de otra manera, si introduces en tu dieta la carne o el jam\u00f3n va a ser muy dif\u00edcil que no tomes az\u00facar o alcohol. En fin, siempre buscar\u00e1s la manera de compensar al organismo tras haber consumido un alimento de efecto tan contractivo como la carne.<\/p>\n<p>El pescado puede ser un buen sustituto de la carne ya que es m\u00e1s suave y menos contractivo. El pescado se puede compensar con fruta local y de temporada, ensaladas y verduras.<\/p>\n<h4>Consejo<\/h4>\n<p>No hay que olvidar que los efectos del az\u00facar moreno, la sacarosa o la miel son parecidos a los del az\u00facar refinado: acidifican, calientan y secan. Y en cuanto a la sacarina, conviene advertir que hay estudios que se\u00f1alan sus posibles efectos perniciosos sobre las v\u00edas urinarias.<\/p>\n<p>Dicho esto, no hay que tirar la toalla y pensar que nunca vas a poder disfrutar del dulce de la misma manera. No tiene que ser as\u00ed. Simplemente, se trata de consumir alternativas saludables que no ponen tu salud en riesgo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Alternativas Saludables<\/h4>\n<p>Hay varias <a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/alternativas-para-endulzar-sin-azucar-parte\/\">alternativas saludables<\/a> que se pueden utilizar para endulzar los platos que desees. Como alternativa m\u00e1s saludable, se pueden recurrir a las melazas de cereales (de arroz, de cebada,  y de ma\u00edz) pues aportan los nutrientes necesarios para su metabolizaci\u00f3n.
