Lo que muchos no apreciamos, es que es en verano cuando podemos hacer uno de los ejercicios m\u00e1s beneficiosos para nuestro cuerpo y salud. La nataci\u00f3n o la gimnasia en el agua es el deporte perfecto para el verano<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">La gimnasia en el agua o fitness acu\u00e1tico es el ejercicio perfecto para el <span style=\"color: #000000;\">verano<\/span>, ya<\/span> que quemamos calor\u00edas y hacemos esfuerzo f\u00edsico sin notar pr\u00e1cticamente el calor. Adem\u00e1s, los ejercicios en el agua nos permiten realizar m\u00faltiples movimientos con una mayor amplitud y libertad de acci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El agua nos ofrece un entorno seguro en el que realizar diversos<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong> <\/strong>ejercicios acu\u00e1ticos<\/span> sin estr\u00e9s para las articulaciones y, en funci\u00f3n de la intensidad de los movimientos, se puede lograr un objetivo de fortalecimiento muscular o de activaci\u00f3n cardiovascular. <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">El agua es uno de los elementos terap\u00e9uticos por excelencia<\/span> <\/span>y pueden integrarse algunos objetos flotantes para completar los ejercicios (tablas, aletas, pesas\u2026).<\/p>\n<p>Tal y como se\u00f1ala la<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong> <\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">entrenadora personal<\/span><\/span> Luciana Colombo, la nataci\u00f3n es uno de los deportes m\u00e1s completos que existen y la realizaci\u00f3n de ejercicios en el agua permite trabajar todo nuestro cuerpo de forma global y hacer ejercicio f\u00edsico sin sudar (en realidad nuestro cuerpo s\u00ed que suda, pero nosotros no lo notamos).<\/p>\n<p>El fitness acu\u00e1tico se puede realizar tanto con <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ejercicios en la piscina<\/span> como en el mar, siempre que no haya demasiada profundidad. Adem\u00e1s, podemos aprovechar las olas y corrientes del mar para endurecer los ejercicios al trabajar contracorriente.<\/p>\n<p>Los principales <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">beneficios de realizar ejercicio en el agua<\/span> son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Los ejercicios en el agua aumentan la fuerza muscular y reducen la probabilidad de ca\u00eddas y lesiones, especialmente en articulaciones.<\/li>\n<li>La resistencia del agua minimiza el impacto de los saltos e impide hacer movimientos bruscos por lo que resulta muy bueno para personas con lesiones articulares que no pueden hacer otro tipo de ejercicios. Por ejemplo, los ejercicios acu\u00e1ticos resultan muy \u00fatiles para personas con problemas en las rodillas.<\/li>\n<li>La <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">gimnasia en el agua<\/span> tonifica los m\u00fasculos sin aumentar la masa muscular y, adem\u00e1s, los relaja, gracias al masaje que el agua ejerce sobre el cuerpo, consiguiendo<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> fortalecer las piernas y endurecer la tripa<\/span>, reduciendo la grasa acumulada en estas zonas del cuerpo.<\/li>\n<li>El fitness acu\u00e1tico refuerza los huesos y articulaciones y ayuda a prevenir enfermedades como la osteoporosis.<\/li>\n<li>Hacer ejercicio en el agua de forma aer\u00f3bica activa la circulaci\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea, ayuda a respirar mejor y contribuye a la reeducaci\u00f3n postural.<\/li>\n<li>Dentro del agua, el peso de nuestro cuerpo disminuye entre un 80 y un 90 por ciento, lo que nos facilita cualquier movimiento. Por eso, los ejercicios en el agua son muy recomendables para embarazadas y personas con <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">sobrepeso<\/span>, ya que dentro del agua se pueden mover con mayor facilidad y se sienten m\u00e1s \u00e1giles y flexibles.
