{"id":71796,"date":"2016-08-01T10:23:04","date_gmt":"2016-08-01T08:23:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/es-realmente-una-opcion-saludable-la-stevia\/"},"modified":"2022-11-09T20:36:05","modified_gmt":"2022-11-09T18:36:05","slug":"es-realmente-una-opcion-saludable-la-stevia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/es\/es-realmente-una-opcion-saludable-la-stevia\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfEs realmente una opci\u00f3n saludable la stevia?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00bfEs buena la stevia como sustituto natural del az\u00facar?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong> <\/strong>A ra\u00edz de nuestro <a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/edulcorantes-saludables\/\"><strong>post sobre<\/strong><strong> los edulcorantes m\u00e1s saludables<\/strong><\/a> fuisteis varios los que nos pedisteis que habl\u00e1ramos sobre<strong> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"http:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Stevia\">la stevia<\/a><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">,<\/span> un edulcorante cada vez m\u00e1s de moda como<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong> sustituto del az\u00facar.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h4>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la stevia?<\/h4>\n<p>La stevia es un tipo de planta de la familia del girasol cuyas hojas verdes tienen un sabor especialmente dulce (hasta 30 veces m\u00e1s dulce que el az\u00facar refinado) y que se ha usado desde tiempo ancestrales tanto en Sudam\u00e9rica como en oriente para <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">endulzar los alimentos de forma natural.<\/span> De hecho, la medicina oriental utiliza las hojas de stevia como m\u00e9todo para <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">controlar la diabetes por su \u00edndice gluc\u00e9mico bajo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Pero\u2026 \u00bfEs buena la stevia como sustituto del az\u00facar?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>El problema de hoy en d\u00eda es que no se utilizan las <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">hojas org\u00e1nicas de stevia<\/span> sino que se utilizan productos muy procesados y refinados que se alejan mucho de las propiedades de la stevia natural y que llegan a ser hasta 300 veces m\u00e1s dulces que el az\u00facar. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">De hecho, incluso se han producido productos transg\u00e9nicos de stevia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Por ello, en nuestro post sobre los sustitutos del az\u00facar m\u00e1s recomendables, no inclu\u00edamos los productos de stevia, ya que realmente no suelen ser naturales y pierden sus propiedades, mientras que <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">los siropes como la melaza de arroz tambi\u00e9n tienen un \u00edndice gluc\u00e9mico reducido,<\/span> son naturales y aportan muchas m\u00e1s vitaminas y propiedades a nuestro organismo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hojas de stevia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, s\u00ed que recomendamos utilizar las hojas org\u00e1nicas de la stevia para endulzar nuestros postres, boller\u00eda\u2026 e incluso para endulzar nuestros t\u00e9s de forma natural.
