Lo que hasta hace muy poco no exist\u00eda en nuestra vidas, ahora nos parece imprescindible. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Al alcance de nuestra mano, tenemos acceso a una variedad de aparatos digitales, ya sea el m\u00f3vil, el ordenador, la tablet o la televisi\u00f3n.<\/span> Vivir en una era digital tiene muchas ventajas y sin duda hay que apreciar las comodidades que nos proporcionan. La tecnolog\u00eda avanza para hacer que nuestro d\u00eda a d\u00eda sea m\u00e1s simple, c\u00f3modo y efectivo. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Sin embargo, tener un dispositivo m\u00f3vil a mano a todas horas, a parte de los efectos nocivos para la salud de los que algunos expertos advierten,  y del impacto que pueda tener en nuestra productividad, tambi\u00e9n puede llegar a ser perjudicial para nuestra salud mental y nuestro equilibrio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Vivimos en una era de hiperconectividad.<\/span> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">La cantidad de horas que un usuario medio se pasa al d\u00eda viendo su m\u00f3vil es de 2 horas y 42 minutos, tocando la pantalla un total de 2.617 veces al d\u00eda, pero aquellos usuarios m\u00e1s adictos llegan a superar las 4 horas diarias.<\/span> Tiempo que le restamos tanto a nuestro trabajo como a nuestro tiempo de ocio, dejando de lado actividades m\u00e1s productivas o m\u00e1s saludables y\/o enriquecedoras.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Este h\u00e1bito nos lleva a que nuestro cerebro no descanse, estando sometido a un bombardeo de informaci\u00f3n que no permite que sea m\u00e1s introspectivo, tendiendo a estar m\u00e1s enfocados en lo que ocurre en el mundo exterior que a cuidar de nuestro estado interior<\/span>. Nuestra capacidad de enfoque y concentraci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se ve afectada, al acostumbrarnos a revisar continuamente nuestro dispositivo m\u00f3vil (cada 12 minutos seg\u00fan las estad\u00edsticas) desatendiendo la actividad que estuvi\u00e9ramos realizando.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Tener una relaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s saludable con la tecnolog\u00eda no requiere cambios radicales.<\/span> Se trata de cambiar peque\u00f1os h\u00e1bitos para ser menos dependientes de los aparatos digitales y dedicar m\u00e1s tiempo a conectar con uno mismo y con todo aquello que nos rodea. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Las vacaciones son un excelente momento, aprovechando la disminuci\u00f3n de nuestra actividad profesional, para comenzar este cambio, realizando un detox digital.<\/span> Al fin y al cabo las vacaciones son para desconectar, reponer fuerzas y disfrutar del presente junto con nuestros seres queridos. Todo esto no se puede disfrutar de la misma manera si gran parte de ese tiempo lo pasamos mirando a la pantalla.
