Pero cuando llegan las vacaciones, nuestra rutina cambia y le dedicamos m\u00e1s tiempo a salir, comer, ir a la playa, entre muchas otras cosas. Si tienes acceso a un lugar de agua, ya sea el mar o un lago, a<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">provecha la oportunidad de hacer deportes acu\u00e1ticos divertidos.<\/span> Se pueden hacer en grupo, y son deportes que son efectivos aunque no te das cuenta del ejercicio f\u00edsico que est\u00e1s realizando.<\/li>\n<li>Ll\u00e9vate una comba en la maleta. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/saltar-a-la-comba-para-tonificar\/\">Saltar a la comba<\/a> trabaja todo los m\u00fasculos y es una buena forma de hacer cardio.<\/span> Haz 30 minutos de ejercicio al principio del d\u00eda para quit\u00e1rtelo de encima y disfrutar del resto del d\u00eda. Si tienes compromisos el resto del d\u00eda, debes aprovechar el desayuno para por lo menos tener una comida saludable al d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Empieza el d\u00eda con agua tibia con lim\u00f3n para alcalinizar y desintoxicar el cuerpo.<\/span> A continuaci\u00f3n, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">prepara un batido lleno de vitaminas y antioxidantes.<\/span> Si despu\u00e9s de esto, todav\u00eda tienes apetito, puedes hacerte una tostada con pan de espelta o centeno con aguacate, aceite de oliva, sal marina, pimienta negra y algunas semillas por encima. Es buen\u00edsimo para la piel y para el pelo y te dar\u00e1 mucha energ\u00eda para estar activo toda la ma\u00f1ana.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Bebe suficiente agua<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Aseg\u00farate de beber suficiente agua durante el d\u00eda.<\/span> Puedes a\u00f1adirle frutas y hierbas frescas como la menta para darle m\u00e1s sabor y darle un aporte mayor de <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">vitaminas y antioxidantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Toma decisiones m\u00e1s saludables<\/h4>\n<p>Por regla general, <a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/trucos-para-comer-sano-fuera-de-casa\/\">los restaurantes tienen opciones saludables en la carta<\/a>.
