Es una <strong>pr\u00e1ctica y valiosa herramienta de consulta sobre alimentaci\u00f3n saludable, natural y energ\u00e9tica<\/strong>, que os permitir\u00e1 alcanzar y mantener un estado de salud y vitalidad id\u00f3neo y, como consecuencia su peso ideal sin renunciar a una alimentaci\u00f3n atractiva y flexible.<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredientes:<\/h4>\n<p>[bs_row class=\u00bbrow\u00bb]<br class=\"nc\" \/>[bs_col class=\u00bbcol-sm-6&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Para el gazpacho de miso<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g de pimiento rojo<\/li>\n<li>200 g de pimiento verde<\/li>\n<li>400 g de pepino<\/li>\n<li>100 g de cebolla tierna<\/li>\n<li>30 g de ajo seco<\/li>\n<li>150 g de shiro miso<\/li>\n<li>300 g de pan de espelta<\/li>\n<li>200 ml de agua<\/li>\n<li>150 ml de aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/li>\n<li>20 g de sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Para la hamburguesa de langostinos<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g de tofu natural<\/li>\n<li>200 g de seit\u00e1n<\/li>\n<li>400 g de langostinos<\/li>\n<li>20 g de perejil<\/li>\n<li>10 g de ajo seco<\/li>\n<li>Sal sin refinar<\/li>\n<li>Pimienta negra<\/li>\n<li>400 g de pan de espelta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/bs_col]<br class=\"nc\" \/>[bs_col class=\u00bbcol-sm-6&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Para la t\u00e9mpura de algas<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>60 g de arrowroot<\/li>\n<li>10 g de alga nori<\/li>\n<li>10 g de alga hiziki<\/li>\n<li>10 g de alga kombu<\/li>\n<li>10 g de alga wakame<\/li>\n<li>2 L de aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Para el aceite de cebollino<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>80 g de cebollino fresco<\/li>\n<li>50 ml de aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Para el aire de manzana<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 ml de zumo de manzana bio<\/li>\n<li>20 g de lecitina de soja<\/li>\n<li>300 ml de agua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/bs_col]<\/p>\n<p>[\/bs_row]<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Receta de Gazpacho de miso y loto con hamburguesa de tofu, seit\u00e1n y langostinos\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/u_-cJDVNmsU?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Elaboraci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Gazpacho de miso<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Lavar los pimientos y cortar por la mitad, desprender las semillas y el tallo, cortar cada mitad en cuatro partes y meter todo en una olla con agua. Pelar los pepinos y cortar por la mitad, retirar las pepitas con ayuda de una cuchara y cortar en cuatro partes. Introducir los pepinos junto con los pimientos. Separar la parte verde de la cebolla y cortar por la mitad, pelar la primera capa y cortar en cuatro partes, juntar las cebollas con los dem\u00e1s ingredientes. Mantener los ingredientes a remojo durante 1 hora y escurrir toda el agua, a\u00f1adir el aceite de oliva, pan, sal, agua, miso y ajos pelados y cortados en rodajas. Pasar todo por una batidora y colar por un colador fino. Reservar.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Aceite de cebollino<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Poner el aceite de oliva en un vaso de batidora y a\u00f1adir el cebollino picado gruesamente, triturar con la batidora y pasar por un colador fino.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Hamburguesa de langostinos<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Pelar los langostinos y picar muy finamente con ayuda de un cuchillo, introducir en un bol Picar el seit\u00e1n y a\u00f1adir al bol. A\u00f1adir el tofu y mezclar amasando para homogeneizar, agregar el perejil picado, pelar el ajo y picar finamente, incorporar a la mezcla junto con la sal y pimienta, seguir amasando. Formar bolas del tama\u00f1o de una pelota de ping-pong y aplanar para formar las hamburguesas. Cortar el plan de espelta en cubos de 2 x 2 cm y tostar en horno durante 3 minutos a 180 grados.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>T\u00e9mpura de algas<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>En un cazo poner agua a hervir e introducir todas las algas, cocinar durante 20 minutos y colar. Triturar todas las algas en una batidora y a\u00f1adir el arrowroot, seguir triturando hasta que quede todo bien ligado. Introducir en una manga pastelera. En una parisi\u00e9n a\u00f1adir el aceite de oliva y calentar a 180 grados, hacer un corte fino a la manga e ir a\u00f1adiendo hilos de la masa al aceite de modo que formamos una rejilla. Escurrir con ayuda de una espumadera y secar con papel absorbente.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong>Aire de manzana<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Poner todos los ingredientes en un cazo alto y batir con una batidora hasta conseguir formar la nube.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Montaje del plato<\/h4>\n<p>En un plato hondo de acero incorporar el gazpacho bien fr\u00edo, poner un cubo de pan y poner justo encima una hamburguesa previamente pasada por la sart\u00e9n con un poco de aceite. Anadir la rejilla de algas y unos puntos de aceite de cebollino.
