En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, hemos podido ver c\u00f3mo ha crecido la industria de la salud y bienestar, especialmente, la alimentaci\u00f3n cobraba un papel protagonista a la hora de vivir una vida saludable. Son cada vez m\u00e1s las personas que optan por una alimentaci\u00f3n sana, eligiendo alimentos saludables de moda y por ello, el mundo de la restauraci\u00f3n est\u00e1 adapt\u00e1ndose a este cambio y ofreciendo m\u00e1s opciones . Y es que, si hay algo que se est\u00e1 demostrando es que la comida sana no tiene por qu\u00e9 ser aburrida. De hecho, muchos de los platos m\u00e1s populares en todo el mundo, son aquellos que tambi\u00e9n son muy nutritivos.<\/p>\n<p>Entonces, \u00bfcu\u00e1les son los alimentos de moda que tambi\u00e9n son saludables?<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Humus<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-14561\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/iStock_16180302_SMALL.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"848\" height=\"565\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00bfA qui\u00e9n no le gusta el<a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/receta-de-hummus-saludable\/\"> humus<\/a>? Este plato del medio oriente es un entrante delicioso que suele gustar a todos.<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> Por si no lo sab\u00edas ya, \u00a1el humus es muy sano!<\/span> El ingrediente estrella, los garbanzos, son una fuente de minerales como hierro, <a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/que-es-el-zinc-funciones-y-beneficios\/\">zinc<\/a>, folato, manganeso y cobre, al igual que <a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/las-proteinas-vegetales-como-fuente-de-proteinas-de-calidad\/\">prote\u00edna vegetal <\/a>y hierro. El resto de ingredientes, lim\u00f3n, ajo, aceite de oliva y comino, tambi\u00e9n son muy saludables. Sin embargo, no es lo mismo un humus casero que uno que compras en el supermercado. El casero es mucho mejor ya que todos los ingredientes son naturales y no lleva conservantes. Es muy f\u00e1cil de preparar en casa, simplemente tienes que a\u00f1adir todos los ingredientes a una batidora, cortar verduras como zanahoria y pepino en juliana y servirlo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Guacamole<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-14562\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/iStock_41470230_SMALL.jpg\" alt=\"avocado and guacamole\" width=\"848\" height=\"565\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El aguacate es un alimento que est\u00e1 muy de moda. No s\u00f3lo es conocido por ser el ingrediente principal del guacamole, tambi\u00e9n se a\u00f1ade a los batidos saludables o se usa para preparar la famosa \u2018avocado toast\u2019, una tostada con aguacate, lim\u00f3n y aceite de oliva por encima. \u00a1Una delicia!
