Para este tipo de osteoartritis as\u00ed como para otras enfermedades causadas por deficiencia de calcio,<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> una dieta rica en magnesio a partir de elementos integrales es una cura muy recomendable.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Los grupos de alimentos con contenido en magnesio son:<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Las algas marinas secas<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>wakame<\/li>\n<li>kombu<\/li>\n<li>kelp<\/li>\n<li>hijiki<\/li>\n<li>arame<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Legumbres<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>soja negra<\/li>\n<li>garbanzos<\/li>\n<li>lentejas<\/li>\n<li>jud\u00edas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cereales integrales<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>mijo<\/li>\n<li>trigo<\/li>\n<li>ma\u00edz<\/li>\n<li>cebada<\/li>\n<li>centeno<\/li>\n<li>arroz integral<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Las semillas y los frutos secos <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>semillas de calabaza<\/li>\n<li>semillas de s\u00e9samo<\/li>\n<li>almendras<\/li>\n<li>nueces<\/li>\n<li>avellanas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n hay que incluir en este apartado alimentos ricos en clorofila como la cebada verde o microalgas como la <a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/nutricion-la-espirulina-como-fuente-de-proteinas\/\">espirulina<\/a> y la chlorella.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Los productos de origen animal, \u2014l\u00e1cteos, huevos, carnes\u2014 y las frutas contienen muy poco magnesio y en la mayor\u00eda de los alimentos refinados, me refiero en particular a la boller\u00eda industrial, el magnesio est\u00e1 ausente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">El chocolate merece una menci\u00f3n especial por tener niveles muy altos de magnesio.<\/span> Desafortunadamente, es muy raro encontrar chocolate en una presentaci\u00f3n saludable pues se nos suele presentar en forma de pasteles, dulces y, por tanto, mezclado con az\u00facar, grasas hidrogenadas y otros alimentos que no tienen ning\u00fan valor nutricional. Sin embargo, el cacao puro es una buena fuente natural de magnesio y no contiene az\u00facares refinados ni grasas hidrogenadas. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Aunque algunos de sus derivados contienen ingredientes integrales, no hay que olvidar que el chocolate es extremadamente rico en \u00e1cido ox\u00e1lico y contiene teobromina, una sustancia como la cafe\u00edna que hace que el chocolate inhiba la mineralizaci\u00f3n saludable del cuerpo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">El efecto del magnesio es relajante.<\/span> As\u00ed como el calcio contrae los m\u00fasculos, el magnesio los relaja, por eso algunos medicamentos que bloquean el calcio se administran para detener espasmos vasculares, aunque vale la pena recordar que con solo <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">a\u00f1adir m\u00e1s magnesio a la dieta se conseguir\u00e1 el mismo efecto que tienen los bloqueadores del calcio sin ninguno de sus efectos secundarios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Para sobreponernos al estr\u00e9s y a la tensi\u00f3n, reduciendo la ansiedad y relajando los m\u00fasculos, la tendencia general en nuestras sociedades consiste en recurrir al alcohol y el chocolate. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Por supuesto hay una alternativa m\u00e1s saludable que consiste sencillamente en seguir una dieta rica en el magnesio que nos aportan los cereales integrales, las legumbres, las semillas, las verduras y las algas marinas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00a1Aseg\u00farate de tomar suficiente magnesio a diario para tener una salud \u00f3ptima!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El equilibrio de los minerales en el cuerpo es delicado y al mismo tiempo din\u00e1mico de manera que si existiera una deficiencia de calcio el equilibrio del resto de minerales se ver\u00eda afectado.
