Una de las m\u00e1s importantes es la conocida como sistema inmunol\u00f3gico o inmunitario, la cual, cuando funciona bien, es capaz de distinguir entre los tejidos propios del cuerpo y los extra\u00f1os que lo invaden, tales como virus y bacterias, actuando inmediatamente.<\/p>\n<p>La problem\u00e1tica surge cuando nuestro sistema inmunol\u00f3gico est\u00e1 debilitado. <strong>Nuestro estilo de vida, nuestra alimentaci\u00f3n y el uso frecuente de medicamentos y antibi\u00f3ticos condicionan el funcionamiento de nuestro sistema inmunol\u00f3gico.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Con la llegada del oto\u00f1o comienzan a aflorar virus y bacterias y lo primero que hacemos es optar por medicamente y antibi\u00f3ticos que eliminen lo antes posible la sintomatolog\u00eda, lo que lamentablemente suele debilitar a\u00fan m\u00e1s nuestro sistema inmunol\u00f3gico, provocando un c\u00edrculo vicioso.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En SHA somos f\u00e9rreos defensores de los m\u00e9todos naturales y estamos convencidos de que la prevenci\u00f3n es SIEMPRE el mejor remedio contra las enfermedades.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Somos plenamente conscientes de que lo que ingerimos influye sobremanera en nuestro organismo y de la importancia de un equilibrio cuerpo\/mente para la salud. Es necesario comer alimentos ricos en vitaminas, minerales y antioxidantes a diario para que tengamos las defensas altas. Al igual que adaptamos nuestra vestimentas, es fundamental adaptar los alimentos que comemos a las estaciones. Es decir, en oto\u00f1o y en invierno, debemos evitar comer comidas fr\u00edas como ensaladas, e incorporar comidas calientes que se adapten a las condicionas ambientales. Es recomendable que las frutas y verduras sean de temporada para que sean de lo m\u00e1s frescos y nutritivos.<\/p>\n<p>Al igual que comer comidas calientes es importante, las bebidas calientes como los t\u00e9s tambi\u00e9n son imprescindibles para mantener el cuerpo caliente. El t\u00e9 de jengibre por ejemplo es muy bueno para fortalecer el sistema inmune por sus propiedades.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Vitamina D<\/h4>\n<p>Ya que durante el oto\u00f1o y el invierno pasamos mucho tiempo en interiores, <strong>es importante dedicar un rato del d\u00eda a pasear al aire libre<\/strong>, preferiblemente en la naturaleza. Caminar al aire libre es importante para respirar aire puro y para <strong>absorber la vitamina D que nos aporta el sol y que resulta tan importante para la absorci\u00f3n del calcio<\/strong> y para el buen funcionamiento del sistema inmune.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Ejercicio f\u00edsico<\/h4>\n<p>Puede que con el cambio de tiempo y los d\u00edas m\u00e1s cortos hayas perdido motivaci\u00f3n para hacer ejercicio. Sin embargo, <strong>el ejercicio es muy bueno para fortalecer el sistema inmune y tener m\u00e1s energ\u00eda<\/strong>. La actividad f\u00edsica beneficia el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico por varias razones. En primer lugar, hacer ejercicio hace que nuestro cuerpo segregue la hormona de la felicidad, las endorfinas.
