Ahora que es oto\u00f1o y las temperaturas han bajado, seg\u00fan la Medicina Tradicional China, <strong>la dieta debe de ser m\u00e1s<a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/que-es-la-moxibustion\/\"> yang<\/a><\/strong>, es decir, caliente. Para poder mantener el equilibrio en el organismo, al igual que el calor corporal para fortalecer el sistema inmune, se deben de comer <strong>platos calientes que aporten calor al cuerpo y sean nutritivos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Esta ensalada templada de quinoa es perfecta para esta estaci\u00f3n del a\u00f1o<\/strong>. Es una <strong>ensalada deliciosa<\/strong>, <strong>saciante<\/strong> y una buena alternativa a una ensalada normal, que son m\u00e1s yin ya que suelen ser m\u00e1s refrescantes y bajan las temperaturas corporales. Lo opuesto a lo que queremos en oto\u00f1o\/invierno.<strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ensalada templada de quinoa<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4>Ingredientes:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 taza de quinoa<\/li>\n<li>2 tazas de agua mineral<\/li>\n<li>1 tira de kombu<\/li>\n<li>2 tazas de ma\u00edz dulce o guisantes<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de ralladura de lim\u00f3n reci\u00e9n rallada<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de zumo de lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de aceite de olive virgen extra<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de albahaca picada<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cucharadita de sal<\/li>\n<li>1 tallo de apio cortada a daditos peque\u00f1os<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de pimientos rojos tostados escurridos y cortados a dados<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 taza de nueces picadas, preferiblemente tostadas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Tuesta la quinoa en una sart\u00e9n seca a fuego medio, removiendo a menudo, hasta que se empiece a percibir el aroma, aproximadamente 5 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Mientras tanto, pon el agua y el kombu a hervir en una olla a fuego medio.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1ade la quinoa y vuelve a hacer que hierva.<\/li>\n<li>C\u00fabrelo, baja el fuego y hi\u00e9rvelo a fuego lento durante 10 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Retira  la tapa y a\u00f1ade el ma\u00edz dulce. C\u00fabrelo  y continua cocinando hasta que tanto la quinoa como el ma\u00edz est\u00e9n tiernos, 5 minutos m\u00e1s.<\/li>\n<li>Bate la ralladura de lim\u00f3n, el zumo de lim\u00f3n, el aceite, la albahaca y la sal en un bol grande.  A\u00f1ade el apio, los pimientos y la quinoa.
