Antiguamente, <strong>la dieta depend\u00eda de la cercan\u00eda a los alimentos al igual que la temporada de a\u00f1o.<\/strong> Con la globalizaci\u00f3n e industrializaci\u00f3n de los alimentos, tenemos a nuestra disposici\u00f3n frutas y verduras de todas partes del mundo y en cualquier \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o.
