Sin embargo, estos s\u00edntomas que pensamos que son lo habitual y que, irremediablemente ocurren una vez al mes, no tienen porqu\u00e9 ocurrir de manera tan extrema. <strong>Estos s\u00edntomas son el resultado de un desequilibrio hormonal<\/strong>, concretamente del <strong>estr\u00f3geno<\/strong> y la <strong>progesterona<\/strong>, y si aprendes a <strong>equilibrarlos mediante la alimentaci\u00f3n y un estilo de vida saludable, pueden mejorar los s\u00edntomas significativamente.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Una dieta poco saludable, el estr\u00e9s y no descansar lo suficiente son factores comunes que afectan a las hormonas.<\/strong> Estos mensajeros qu\u00edmicos en el organismo son vitales para la salud y la buena noticia es que puedes equilibrarlos a trav\u00e9s de la alimentaci\u00f3n. <strong>Una manera natural de equilibrar las hormonas que obtiene buenos resultados es el <em>Seed Cycling. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>El Seed Cycling<\/strong> <strong>consiste en equilibrar el estr\u00f3geno y la progesterona<\/strong>&#8211; dos de las hormonas que regulan el ciclo menstrual- <strong>ingiriendo distintas semillas seg\u00fan el momento del ciclo que est\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un ciclo regular dura 28 d\u00edas y requiere el intercambio de hormonas que influyen al \u00fatero y a los ovarios. Hay dos fases en el ciclo menstrual. El primero se llama la <strong>Fase Folicular (d\u00eda 1-14)<\/strong> es cuando el \u00f3vulo no se ha fertilizado y el lino endometrial se expulsa mediante la menstruaci\u00f3n. Durante esta fase, <strong>el nivel de estr\u00f3geno incrementa.<\/strong> En cuanto los niveles de estr\u00f3geno empiezan a bajar, <strong>los niveles de progesterona empiezan a incrementar<\/strong>, y es aqu\u00ed cuando se entra en la segunda fase del ciclo: <strong>la Fase L\u00fatea (d\u00eda 15-28).<\/strong> Es el <strong>desequilibrio de estas hormonas que causan todos los s\u00edntomas m\u00e1s comunes del ciclo menstrual.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Por ello, el Seed Cycling puede ayudar con estos s\u00edntomas. <strong>Los distintos nutrientes que contienen las semillas ayudan a equilibrar las hormonas,<\/strong> como los lignanos (ayudan a regular el estr\u00f3geno) y \u00e1cidos grasos esenciales (que asisten en la producci\u00f3n de hormonas). <strong>Trabajan en sinergia para regular las hormonas durante todo el ciclo menstrual.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Como hacer Seed Cycling<\/h4>\n<p><strong>En la Fase Folicular (d\u00eda 1-14) del ciclo se deben de ingerir las siguientes semillas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cucharada de semillas de lino molidas: est\u00e1n llenas de lignanos que bloquean el exceso de estr\u00f3geno.<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de semillas de calabaza: ricas en zinc- asisten en la producci\u00f3n de progesterona.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>En la Fase L\u00fatea (d\u00eda 15-28) del ciclo se deben de ingerir las siguientes semillas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cucharada de semillas de girasol: ricas en selenio- metaboliza las hormonas.<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de semillas de s\u00e9samo: est\u00e1n llenas de lignanos que bloquean el exceso de estr\u00f3geno.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Aunque parezca que son muchas las semillas que se deben de tomar a diario, las puedes incluir f\u00e1cilmente en el porridge, granola, <a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/recetas-de-smoothie-bowls\/\">smoothies bowls,<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/las-mejores-cremas-de-frutos-secos\/\">cremas de frutos secos<\/a>, o tomarlos como un snack entre horas para darte energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00bfTe animas a probarlo?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El equilibrio hormonal es un tema al que no solemos dar importancia ni prestamos mucha atenci\u00f3n, pero la verdad es que las hormonas juegan un papel muy importante en nuestro estado de \u00e1nimo, energ\u00eda, bienestar y salud.
