Y aunque la idea de hacer leche vegetal casera puede parecer laboriosa, en realidad no lo es. <strong>Y es mucho m\u00e1s saludable ya que es cien por cien natural, no contiene az\u00facares refinados ni conservantes.<\/strong> Adem\u00e1s, la mayor\u00eda de las leches vegetales comprados en tienda contienen un porcentaje bastante bajo de la semilla\/fruto seco\/grano\/legumbre del que est\u00e1 hecho. Por ello, <strong>el casero es mucho m\u00e1s rico en nutrientes y es fresco.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Recetas de leches vegetales<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>La elaboraci\u00f3n para todos sigue una misma l\u00ednea.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>El alimento que vayas a usar debe de ser rehogado en agua durante m\u00ednimo 8 horas.
