Tomando las medidas necesarias, podemos evitar desarrollar muchas enfermedades comunes. <strong>Una de las herramientas m\u00e1s importantes que podemos tomar en cuenta para ello es el deporte.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La importancia de realizar actividades f\u00edsicas deportivas <strong>juega un papel fundamental debido a los beneficios que aportan<\/strong>. Est\u00e1 m\u00e1s que comprobado que <strong>existe una conexi\u00f3n entre el deporte y la prevenci\u00f3n en los eventos cardiovasculares<\/strong>, <strong>mejorando las cifras de tensi\u00f3n arterial<\/strong>, <strong>resistencia a la insulina<\/strong>, r<strong>egulando el peso corporal<\/strong>,<strong> incrementando la fuerza<\/strong> y el <strong>tono de la musculatura<\/strong>, en la r<strong>ehabilitaci\u00f3n de lesiones<\/strong>, mejorando la <strong>flexibilidad<\/strong> y <strong>movimientos articulares<\/strong> as\u00ed como los <strong>beneficios sobre la inmunidad<\/strong>.
