Nuestro car\u00e1cter y nuestros patrones de conducta generan unos tipos de pensamientos u otros. <strong>Debemos tener en cuenta que los pensamientos son muy poderoso<\/strong>s, hasta el punto en que <strong>pueden darnos salud o quit\u00e1rnosla.<\/strong> <strong>Todo lo que repercute en nuestra mente repercute en nuestro cuerpo<\/strong> y todo lo que ocurre en nuestro cuerpo repercute en nuestra mente. Por lo tanto, si queremos ganar salud, d<strong>ebemos aprender a dirigir la atenci\u00f3n a donde nosotros queremos y no a donde nuestra mente y nuestro car\u00e1cter quieren.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>\u00bfC\u00f3mo nos ayuda la meditaci\u00f3n en esta tarea?<\/h4>\n<p>La meditaci\u00f3n es una <strong>herramienta \u00fatil para cultivar la atenci\u00f3n mental.<\/strong> No es una t\u00e9cnica de relajaci\u00f3n, pero cuando la introducimos en nuestra cotidianidad <strong>vamos encontrando calma, ecuanimidad y perspectiva para ver con m\u00e1s claridad las cosas.<\/strong> Todo ello como consecuencia dirige nuestra mente a donde nosotros queremos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Con la meditaci\u00f3n aterrizamos en el presente, nos damos cuenta de nuestras verdaderas necesidades,<\/strong> nos responsabilizamos de nuestro contenido mental. Adem\u00e1s, <strong>recuperamos nuestra energ\u00eda y descansamos de manera integral.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los trucos para meditar?<\/h4>\n<p>Para meditar es <strong>importante encontrar un momento del d\u00eda en el que no vayamos a tener que ocuparnos de nada m\u00e1s que de nosotros mismos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Este momento puede variar para cada uno de nosotros; unos preferir\u00e1n por la ma\u00f1ana, nada m\u00e1s levantarse, otros por la noche antes de acostarse\u2026 <strong>La elecci\u00f3n del momento es personal y \u00fanica.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, <strong>tambi\u00e9n es importante buscar un lugar donde se pueda estar tranquilo<\/strong>, donde no hayan prisas, ni m\u00f3viles, ni distracciones. Un lugar donde <strong>nuestra atenci\u00f3n se deposite en nosotros mismos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, <strong>es necesario encontrar una posici\u00f3n corporal donde la verticalidad est\u00e9 presente<\/strong>, tanto si meditamos en un coj\u00edn como si lo hacemos en una silla. Una vez sentados, poco a poco<strong> vamos tomando contacto con nuestro cuerpo y aflojamos las tensiones del rostro, los hombros, el est\u00f3mago<\/strong>, etc. <strong>Cerramos los ojos y llevamos nuestra atenci\u00f3n mental a la respiraci\u00f3n<\/strong>, tomamos contacto con la sensaci\u00f3n que nos produce el aire al entrar y al salir. Cada vez que la atenci\u00f3n se pierda y no est\u00e9 en la respiraci\u00f3n, llevemosla de nuevo a la respiraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Con esta simple pr\u00e1ctica, <strong>podemos crear un h\u00e1bito que nos mejorar\u00e1 nuestra calidad de vida y por tanto, nuestra salud y bienestar.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cada vez nos preocupamos m\u00e1s del cuidado del cuerpo y de nuestra imagen, sin embargo, no hay todav\u00eda mucha conciencia de la importancia del cuidado de nuestra mente.
