A priori, no parece demasiado dif\u00edcil, pero, con el fren\u00e9tico ritmo de vida actual y el poco tiempo libre del que disponemos, a veces parece una gesta imposible de realizar.<\/p>\n<p>Pasamos casi tres cuartas partes del d\u00eda entre la oficina y los desplazamientos para ir y volver del trabajo. Cuando llegamos a casa, estamos cansados y solo nos apetece sentarnos en el sill\u00f3n a descansar tranquilamente. Con este panorama, nos hacemos la gran pregunta: \u00bfc\u00f3mo podemos comer sano en el trabajo?<\/p>\n<p><strong>C\u00f3mo comer sano en la oficina<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Alimentarse de manera saludable es posible sin pasarse horas elaborando men\u00fas y sin morirse de hambre.<\/p>\n<p>Lo primero que debemos hacer es meditar sobre las necesidades de nuestro cuerpo dependiendo del ritmo de vida que llevamos. No necesita el mismo aporte de energ\u00eda alguien que pasa el d\u00eda de aqu\u00ed para all\u00e1 y que con un nivel de stress elevado, que una persona que trabaja ocho horas sentada delante de un ordenador. Por eso, debemos pensar en cu\u00e1nta energ\u00eda quemamos a lo largo de la jornada antes de lanzarnos a pensar <strong>qu\u00e9 comer en la oficina<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La planificaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 nuestro gran aliado a la hora de <strong>cocinar sano<\/strong> y de no caer en tentaciones como la comida r\u00e1pida o el comer de restaurante cada d\u00eda. Es recomendable hacerse un men\u00fa semanal que sirva como base para el resto del mes, en el que distribuyamos los diferentes grupos de alimentos necesarios entre los d\u00edas de la semana, pero dej\u00e1ndolo abierto a variantes para que no resulte aburrido y repetitivo.<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, si hemos decidido que los lunes comeremos legumbres, pondremos \u00ablegumbres\u00bb. Despu\u00e9s, estableceremos las diferentes variantes para cada semana: una puede ser una ensalada de lentejas fr\u00eda, otra un salteado de garbanzos con verduras y otra una crema de guisantes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C\u00f3mo realizar los men\u00fas de manera r\u00e1pida y sencilla<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ya hemos determinado que tenemos una gran <strong>falta de tiempo para cocinar<\/strong>, bien, entonces debemos elegir t\u00e9cnicas culinarias que nos permitan obtener buenos resultados en un corto espacio de tiempo. Debemos huir de platos demasiado elaborados, ya que los haremos un d\u00eda pero luego dejaremos de cocinar el resto de la semana.<\/p>\n<p>Una buena <strong>alimentaci\u00f3n en el trabajo<\/strong> debe ser variada y apetecible para que sea duradera.<\/p>\n<p>Podemos ayudarnos de productos como los vasitos de arroz que se cocinan en un minuto al microondas y de conservas naturales como botes de legumbres o de verduras cocidas o pescado enlatado.<\/p>\n<p>Al alimento principal lo acompa\u00f1aremos siempre de una guarnici\u00f3n que aporte el resto de nutrientes necesarios en esa comida.<\/p>\n<p>Pondremos tres ejemplos de comidas f\u00e1ciles y r\u00e1pidas que pueden servir como base:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hamburguesa de ternera acompa\u00f1ada de un vasito de arroz salvaje y jud\u00edas verdes con aceite de oliva.<\/li>\n<li>Ensalada de cusc\u00fas con sardinas en lata, aceitunas y tomate natural.<\/li>\n<li>Ensalada de lentejas con pasas, pepino y cebolla.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para alimentarse bien solo hace falta organizarse y echarle un poco de imaginaci\u00f3n.
