Llega el oto\u00f1o y con \u00e9l nos intentamos aferrar a los \u00faltimos rayos de sol que nos traen algunas pinceladas de recuerdos del verano, y de lo tranquilos y ociosos que est\u00e1bamos durante nuestras vacaciones. Pero en la vida, todo es un ciclo y los largos d\u00edas de verano quedan atr\u00e1s para dar paso a una nueva estaci\u00f3n que trae consigo menos luz y peor tiempo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este cambio de estaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 relacionado con nuestro estado de \u00e1nimo, y es que parece que de alguna forma nos deprimimos y nos sentimos m\u00e1s desganados para hacer cualquier cosa. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 ocurre esto?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Relaci\u00f3n del cambio de estaci\u00f3n con el estado de \u00e1nimo<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La exposici\u00f3n a la luz natural produce una mejora del estado de \u00e1nimo porque producimos serotonina, asociada con un estado de \u00e1nimo positivo, que aumenta con la exposici\u00f3n a la luz solar. Con el cambio de estaci\u00f3n de verano a oto\u00f1o disminuyen las horas de luz. Te expones menos al sol, el cerebro segrega menos serotonina y tu estado de \u00e1nimo decae.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s, al bajar la temperatura apetece menos realizar actividades al aire libre, con lo cual, nos relacionamos menos y nuestro bienestar psicol\u00f3gico tambi\u00e9n declina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mindfulness para combatir la depresi\u00f3n estacional<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <\/span><b>mindfulness<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es una t\u00e9cnica que est\u00e1 muy de moda \u00faltimamente \u00bfpero a qu\u00e9 se refiere?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el <\/span><b>mindfulness<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <\/span><b>mindfulness <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">o la atenci\u00f3n plena es una t\u00e9cnica de relajaci\u00f3n que toma la respiraci\u00f3n como base. Te haces consciente del momento presente cuando dejas que los pensamientos fluyan sin juzgarlos. Es decir, se trata de centrar nuestra atenci\u00f3n en nuestra respiraci\u00f3n, de manera que nos mantiene en el aqu\u00ed y el ahora. De esa forma nos alejamos de todas aquellas preocupaciones que generan ansiedad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo funciona?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Debemos prestar atenci\u00f3n a nuestra respiraci\u00f3n. Eso nos obliga a centrarnos en el momento presente y evadirnos de todo aquello que nos cause malestar. Cuando decimos que debemos dejar fluir nuestros pensamientos sin juzgarlos es porque, aunque tratemos de poner el foco en c\u00f3mo respiramos, f\u00e1cilmente nos ponemos a pensar en otras cosas de forma autom\u00e1tica.
