Todos estos <strong>factores son el detonante perfecto para causar trastornos como la depresi\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un f<strong>actor al que no prestamos suficiente atenci\u00f3n<\/strong> cuando hablamos de la depresi\u00f3n, es <strong>el papel que juega la alimentaci\u00f3n.<\/strong> Nuestro <strong>aparato digestivo est\u00e1 conectado con nuestra salud mental<\/strong>, por ello lo llaman \u2018<strong>el segundo cerebro\u2019<\/strong>. La ciencia ha demostrado que <strong>la flora intestinal influye en la qu\u00edmica cerebral y en el comportamiento.<\/strong> Adem\u00e1s, juega un rol importante en la producci\u00f3n de la serotonina y la dopamina, de hecho, <strong>el 90% de la serotonina se produce en el aparato digestivo.<\/strong> Es decir, <strong>la hormona que nos hace estar felices<\/strong> y tener sensaci\u00f3n de bienestar, se produce mayormente en el tracto gastrointestinal.
