A no ser que est\u00e9s viviendo en un pa\u00eds tropical, la idea de ir en traje de ba\u00f1o en invierno nos parece una locura. Lo mismo se puede aplicar a la alimentaci\u00f3n, ya que <strong>comer ensaladas y frutas cuando las temperaturas y condiciones ambientales han cambiado, no es lo indicado.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h4><strong>\u00abAlimentarse a base de ensaladas en invierno ser\u00eda el equivalente de andar en bikini cuando hace fr\u00edo\u00bb.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Entonces, <strong>\u00bfqu\u00e9 deber\u00edamos comer en esta \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o?<\/strong> Conforme bajan las temperaturas, lo que n<strong>uestro cuerpo necesita es que lo alimentemos y nutramos con alimentos que calientan el organismo<\/strong> desde dentro para <strong>equilibrar las energ\u00edas yin y yang.<\/strong> Si comemos <strong>alimentos \u00b4fr\u00edos\u2019,<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n conocidos como yin, como las frutas, las verduras crudas, las ensaladas y bebidas fr\u00edas, estamos fortaleciendo el yin, <strong>dejando al cuerpo descompensado del yang<\/strong> y de esta manera, <strong>dej\u00e1ndonos d\u00e9biles y propensos a enfermarnos.<\/strong> Por ello, en los meses m\u00e1s fr\u00edos del a\u00f1o, <strong>debemos recurrir a los alimentos yang de temporada<\/strong> que van a <strong>estabilizar el yin y el yang,<\/strong> e<strong>quilibrar las hormonas, fortalecer el sistema inmune, aumentar la energ\u00eda y hacernos sentir m\u00e1s fuertes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>\u00bfQu\u00e9 alimentos debemos tomar en oto\u00f1o\/invierno?<\/h3>\n<p>Lo m\u00e1s importante en <strong>la Medicina Tradicional China<\/strong>, es <strong>comer alimentos de temporada.<\/strong> Es la primera regla a seguir. Los siguientes <strong>alimentos de temporada<\/strong> son los que deber\u00edan <strong>predominar en nuestra dieta:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Las verduras de ra\u00edz:<\/strong> zanahorias, calabaza y boniato<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cereales integrales:<\/strong> arroz integral redondo, quinoa, avena, trigo sarraceno y mijo<\/li>\n<li><strong>Legumbres:<\/strong> alubias,
