Es por eso que los alimentos se consideran como medicamentos en s\u00ed mismos, teniendo por un lado <\/span><b>alimentos ying <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">y, por otro, <\/span><b>alimentos yang. <\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todos los alimentos tienen beneficios, diferentes entre ellos, pero que servir\u00e1n en conjunto para nutrir nuestro cuerpo, esp\u00edritu y mente. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pero tambi\u00e9n es cierto que hay algunos alimentos que favorecen en mayor medida el desequilibrio en nuestro organismo, que termina por manifestarse en forma de enfermedad. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La dieta basada en los <\/span><b>alimentos ying<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y los <\/span><b>alimentos yang <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">lo que busca es usar cada uno de ellos en funci\u00f3n de su energ\u00eda para sanar a las personas o evitar que contraigan todo tipo de enfermedades. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bases de la dieta basada en el Ying y el Yang<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para la medicina tradicional china, un alimento ser\u00e1 o no beneficioso en funci\u00f3n de la respuesta que tu cuerpo genere ante el mismo. Es por ello que lo m\u00e1s importante ser\u00e1 la calidad de la comida y no tanto la cantidad, como pensamos muchas veces en el mundo m\u00e1s occidentalizado. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En Oriente, y especialmente en la cultura china, los alimentos se describen en funci\u00f3n a distintas cualidades como son el sabor, la temperatura y la acci\u00f3n que tienen sobre nosotros. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todo el universo es regido en esta cultura por la complementaci\u00f3n e interacci\u00f3n de las diferentes energ\u00edas opuestas, es decir, el Ying y el Yang. Y estas fuerzas, como no podr\u00eda ser de otra manera, tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n presentes en los alimentos que ingerimos. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los <\/span><b>alimentos yang<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> son aquellos catalogados como densos, pesados o m\u00e1s calientes, con gran cantidad de sodio. Por su parte, los <\/span><b>alimentos ying <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">son m\u00e1s contracturantes, ligeros y fr\u00edos, especialmente ricos en potasio. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta clasificaci\u00f3n no deja de hacer referencia a algo que fisiol\u00f3gicamente se conoce como <\/span><b>\u00abbomba de sodio y potasio\u00bb<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, un mecanismo celular que depende de estos dos minerales y regular la funcionalidad celular y por ende par\u00e1metros como la presi\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea, la funcionalidad neurol\u00f3gica, etc. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es necesario encontrar un equilibrio entre estos dos elementos para hallar as\u00ed una vida menos t\u00f3xica y estresada a trav\u00e9s de la <\/span><b>dieta detox. <\/b><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 comen sus seguidores?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La alimentaci\u00f3n es a base de cereales integrales, muchas verduras y legumbres, algas y sopas.
