Pero despu\u00e9s de mucho tiempo de <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">convivir a diario con la incertidumbre<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, el estr\u00e9s, la ansiedad y el miedo, la salud mental est\u00e1 en el centro del debate p\u00fablico. Como nos cuenta <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Cinthya Molina, psic\u00f3loga de SHA, \u201ccada vez <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">somos m\u00e1s conscientes de la importancia de tener una buena salud mental<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> y se habla m\u00e1s abiertamente y con mayor naturalidad sobre ella, sin el pudor, la verg\u00fcenza o los prejuicios con los que se abordaba en el pasado\u201d.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Uno de los momentos m\u00e1s cr\u00edticos y que m\u00e1s impacto tuvo en la salud mental se produjo el 15 de marzo de 2020, d\u00eda en el que empez\u00f3 <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">el confinamiento<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> domiciliario. Como explica la doctora, \u201cen la mayor\u00eda de los casos, el confinamiento nos afect\u00f3 muy negativamente. Porque a la situaci\u00f3n ca\u00f3tica y de tanta incertidumbre que todos vivimos se sumaron el <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">aislamiento social<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, el miedo a contagiarse, la p\u00e9rdida de seres queridos, los problemas laborales y econ\u00f3micos\u2026 Fue un escenario terrible. Todas estas circunstancias actuaron como el <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">detonante perfecto<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> para que personas con ciertos rasgos de vulnerabilidad o con <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">predisposici\u00f3n a la patolog\u00eda mental<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> sufrieran diferentes tipos de trastornos, adem\u00e1s de agravar la sintomatolog\u00eda de pacientes con patolog\u00edas previas. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Adem\u00e1s, a esto hay que a\u00f1adir <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">la falta de recursos<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> para atender asuntos relacionados con la salud mental en plena crisis sanitaria. En cambio, para una peque\u00f1a parte de la poblaci\u00f3n, el confinamiento fue <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">una pausa muy necesaria<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> que les hizo pasar tiempo de calidad con ellos mismos o con sus familias\u201d.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">El aislamiento social, la p\u00e9rdida de amigos y familiares, la inestabilidad laboral y econ\u00f3mica o el <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">enfrentarse a la propia mortalidad<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> han tenido un gran impacto en nuestro estado de \u00e1nimo. Y m\u00e1s cuando estos sentimientos negativos nos han acompa\u00f1ado durante tantos meses. \u201cLa <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">fatiga pand\u00e9mica<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> se refiere <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">al cansancio y la desmotivaci\u00f3n causados por la sobreexposici\u00f3n prolongada al estr\u00e9s, la incertidumbre, el miedo, la desconfianza, la rabia o la tristeza. Esto se ha traducido en un <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">aumento significativo de la incidencia de la depresi\u00f3n<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> y los trastornos f\u00f3bicos y de ansiedad<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u201d, a\u00f1ade la experta.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Pero es importante entender que <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">las emociones negativas forman parte de la vida<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> y que no hay que intentar reprimirlas o huir de ellas, sino aceptarlas y <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">aprender a gestionarlas<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> para que no se conviertan en un obst\u00e1culo. Cinthya recomienda \u201chacer ejercicio a diario, seguir una <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">alimentaci\u00f3n sana y equilibrada<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> y mantener una correcta higiene del sue\u00f1o para tener un estado f\u00edsico y un sistema inmunol\u00f3gico fuertes, lo que nos permitir\u00e1 superar mejor los momentos de estr\u00e9s.
