Olvidamos lo importante que  es la respiraci\u00f3n para nuestro <strong>equilibrio interior y bienestar.<\/strong> Haciendo algunos ejercicios de respiraci\u00f3n durante el d\u00eda, podemos <strong>reducir nuestros niveles de cortisol y activar nuestro sistema nervioso parasimp\u00e1tico<\/strong> (SNP) que es el responsable de <strong>relajar el cuerpo,<\/strong> de disminuir la  frecuencia card\u00edaca, <strong>la presi\u00f3n arterial,<\/strong> la frecuencia respiratoria y  de <strong>suministrar  sangre por todo el cuerpo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Concei\u00e7ao Espada<\/strong>, la experta en gesti\u00f3n del estr\u00e9s de SHA, afirma que los niveles de estr\u00e9s y ansiedad pueden <strong>reducirse f\u00e1cilmente practicando tan s\u00f3lo 7 ejercicios de respiraci\u00f3n durante el d\u00eda.<\/strong> Al realizar esta respiraciones, nos sentimos <strong>m\u00e1s equilibrados, tranquilos y positivos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Los 7 ejercicios de respiraci\u00f3n<\/strong> que Concei\u00e7ao aconseja pueden <strong>marcar una gran diferencia.<\/strong> Consisten en <strong>inhalar y exhalar profundamente 10 veces, 7 veces el d\u00eda.<\/strong> Es importante expirar m\u00e1s tiempo de lo que se inspira, de esta manera se activa el SNP y se proporciona un efecto calmante.
