Sus consecuencias pueden ser bastante molestas, ya que sudamos m\u00e1s, es m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil conciliar el sue\u00f1o y nuestra presi\u00f3n arterial baja notablemente. Lo mejor en verano es tomarse unas vacaciones y <strong>procurar realizar poca actividad f\u00edsica<\/strong> durante las horas de mayor calor. Tambi\u00e9n es importante mantener una hidrataci\u00f3n y nutrici\u00f3n adecuada, que nos ayude a sentirnos lo mejor posible, equilibrando as\u00ed nuestro organismo.<\/p>\n<p>Desde el punto de vista de la alimentaci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica, la mejor propuesta es <strong>\u00abcomer l\u00edquidos\u00bb<\/strong>. Suena un poco extra\u00f1o, pero es lo m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de hacer en verano. Debemos incluir en la dieta diaria alimentos muy ricos en agua, como el pepino, el calabac\u00edn, la escarola, la lechuga, el r\u00e1bano, la zanahoria, la sand\u00eda y el melocot\u00f3n. La sopa de pepino o el gazpacho de sand\u00eda son tambi\u00e9n una opci\u00f3n excelente. Otro plato aconsejable para nutrirnos e hidratarnos en verano es el aspic o el kanten. El aspic, es una gelatina que se hace utilizando caldo de verduras y verduras escaldadas y el kanten en cambio, es una gelatina que se elabora utilizando como base zumo de manzana y frutas escaldadas. Por \u00faltimo, otra opci\u00f3n son los <strong>batidos de verduras<\/strong> a los que podemos incorporar alguna manzana para darle un sabor m\u00e1s dulce.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, <strong>debemos tener en cuenta que el caf\u00e9 nos deshidrata<\/strong> ya que tiene un efecto diur\u00e9tico. Por ello, es recomendable sustituirlo por el caf\u00e9 de cebada, que nos refresca y ayuda a depurar el h\u00edgado. Los horneados, las barbacoas y los asados nos secan y dan calor, por lo que nos pueden generar el antojo de comer helados. En verano es mejor utilizar <strong>cocciones que refresquen e hidraten,<\/strong> como los crudos, los germinados, los salteados cortos, el  vapor o el escaldado. Debemos reducir tambi\u00e9n la prote\u00edna animal, ya que su cualidad energ\u00e9tica es m\u00e1s calor\u00edfica y no ayuda a sentirnos frescos.<\/p>\n<p>Un ejemplo de men\u00fa perfecto para el verano, es para empezar una sopa de pepino, seguido de una ensalada con germinados de lentejas, ma\u00edz y verduras escaladas o al vapor y de postre un kanten de melocot\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Sigue estos consejos de alimentaci\u00f3n durante el verano y si\u00e9ntete hidratado y saludable!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ya estamos en pleno verano y, a partir de ahora, el calor ha llegado para quedarse.
