{"id":72332,"date":"2018-09-13T10:09:52","date_gmt":"2018-09-13T08:09:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/los-beneficios-de-los-alimentos-simbioticos\/"},"modified":"2022-11-09T20:36:37","modified_gmt":"2022-11-09T18:36:37","slug":"los-beneficios-de-los-alimentos-simbioticos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/es\/los-beneficios-de-los-alimentos-simbioticos\/","title":{"rendered":"Los beneficios de los alimentos simbi\u00f3ticos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Uno de los <strong>aspectos del m\u00e9todo nutricional SHA<\/strong> que m\u00e1s llama la atenci\u00f3n de nuestros hu\u00e9spedes es el <strong>hincapi\u00e9 que hacemos en el consumo de alimentos fermentados<\/strong>, especialmente de verduras y hortalizas que han sufrido una fermentaci\u00f3n natural, rica en \u00e1cido l\u00e1ctico.<\/p>\n<p>En este art\u00edculo te revelamos por qu\u00e9 es tan <strong>importante consumir alimentos simbi\u00f3ticos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En primer lugar,<strong> \u00bfqu\u00e9 es un alimento simbi\u00f3tico?<\/strong> Conocemos el t\u00e9rmino probi\u00f3ticos, ya que cada vez m\u00e1s se a\u00f1aden a algunos alimentos para fortificarlos, o son incluso ingeridos como tratamiento en forma de suplementos en casos de diarrea o despu\u00e9s de haber tomado antibi\u00f3ticos. Los<strong> probi\u00f3ticos son los microorganismos intestinales que promueven la salud del hospedante<\/strong>. El <strong>conjunto de todos esos microorganismos es conocido como microbioma<\/strong>, y puede llegar a pesar hasta 2 kilos.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>t\u00e9rmino prebi\u00f3tico<\/strong> tal vez no sea tan familiar, pero podemos <strong>resumir su significado en la palabra fibra<\/strong>. Los prebi\u00f3ticos son hidratos de carbono no digeribles, que sirven de alimento a los probi\u00f3ticos.<\/p>\n<p>Pues bien, los <strong>simbi\u00f3ticos son aquellos alimentos que a\u00fanan las caracter\u00edsticas de los probi\u00f3ticos y de los prebi\u00f3ticos<\/strong>, nutriendo los microorganismos que resultan beneficiosos para el hospedante y estableciendo nuevas colonias de microorganismos igualmente beneficiosos.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora bien, <strong>\u00bfcu\u00e1l es la importancia de esa microfauna que cohabita en nuestro cuerpo?<\/strong> El campo de investigaci\u00f3n relacionado con el microbioma est\u00e1 en continua expansi\u00f3n. Estamos examinando tan s\u00f3lo la punta del iceberg, pero nuestro <strong>intestino delgado ya se considera como nuestro segundo cerebro, por lo que mantenerlo en forma es mantenernos alejados de sufrir depresi\u00f3n<\/strong>, estr\u00e9s y algunas enfermedades cerebrales degenerativas. El <strong>microbioma tambi\u00e9n se ha asociado al sistema inmunitario<\/strong>. Esto se explica por su conexi\u00f3n con el tejido linfoide y act\u00faa en un proceso de retroalimentaci\u00f3n. Esta conexi\u00f3n hace que <strong>una flora intestinal adecuada nos proteja frente a la entrada de pat\u00f3genos<\/strong> o <strong>el desarrollo de algunas enfermedades autoinmunes,<\/strong> como la artritis reumatoide, ciertos tipos de c\u00e1ncer e incluso de enfermedades coronarias.<\/p>\n<p>El<strong> cuidado del microbioma es esencial para disfrutar de una vida saludable y equilibrada<\/strong>, y, para ello debemos <strong>evitar comportamientos que lo desequilibren<\/strong> tales como una dieta pobre en fibra, un consumo excesivo de prote\u00edna animal, productos refinados, procesados y llenos de qu\u00edmicos, una vida sedentaria, o el estr\u00e9s y las emociones negativas.<\/p>\n<p>Una manera sencilla de<strong> promover una flora intestinal \u00f3ptima es incorporar el consumo de alimentos simbi\u00f3ticos a tu dieta tales como<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-42352\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/iStock-603158306.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"724\" height=\"483\" srcset=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/iStock-603158306.jpg 724w, https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/iStock-603158306-600x400.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 724px) 100vw, 724px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Miso<\/span><\/strong>: es <strong>una pasta que se obtiene de la fermentaci\u00f3n bacteriana de la soja cocinada y de algunos cereales<\/strong>. Se utiliza para hacer la famosa sopa de miso, pero tambi\u00e9n se puede emplear para fermentar verduras o tofu e incluso para hacer deliciosas salsas.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-42353\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/iStock-481196131.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"724\" height=\"483\" srcset=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/iStock-481196131.jpg 724w, https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/iStock-481196131-600x400.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 724px) 100vw, 724px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong>Tempeh<\/strong><\/span>: es un bloque similar al tofu, pero de consistencia m\u00e1s firme. Se <strong>obtiene de la fermentaci\u00f3n bacteriana de soja o garbanzos<\/strong>. El tempeh de buena calidad tiene una cubierta aterciopelada blanca y su olor es similar al de los champi\u00f1ones. Debe ser cocinado antes de incorporarlo a las recetas. Para ello hay que hervirlo en agua con salsa de soja y un peque\u00f1o trozo de alga. Es el <strong>mejor alimento sustitutivo de la carne y evita los antojos por ella<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-42357\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/iStock-978261688-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"724\" height=\"483\" srcset=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/iStock-978261688-1.jpg 724w, https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/iStock-978261688-1-600x400.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 724px) 100vw, 724px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Chucrut<\/span><\/strong>: es <strong>una col fermentada con sal y bayas de enebro<\/strong>. Lo que debes tener en cuenta a la hora de comprarlo es que debe <strong>ser org\u00e1nico y no pasteurizado<\/strong>. En algunas tiendas de productos saludables puedes encontrarlo, o, de otro modo, puedes hacerlo en casa. Para ello debes lavar las coles y c\u00f3rtalas en una juliana muy fina, las pones en un cuenco grande y a\u00f1ades sal marina integral (15 grs por cada kilo de col). Tienes que masajear muy fuerte, hasta que la col empiece a soltar l\u00edquido. Deja la col en este cuenco durante varias horas, cubriendo con un pa\u00f1o, para esperar a que suelte m\u00e1s l\u00edquido y comience la fermentaci\u00f3n aer\u00f3bica. Despu\u00e9s metes la col y el l\u00edquido, junto con algunas bayas de enebro en botes con cierre herm\u00e9tico, teniendo en cuenta que debe quedar sumergida bajo el l\u00edquido.
