{"id":72340,"date":"2018-09-27T09:35:20","date_gmt":"2018-09-27T07:35:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/los-ronquidos-y-como-combatirlos\/"},"modified":"2022-11-09T20:36:37","modified_gmt":"2022-11-09T18:36:37","slug":"los-ronquidos-y-como-combatirlos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/es\/los-ronquidos-y-como-combatirlos\/","title":{"rendered":"Los Ronquidos y c\u00f3mo combatirlos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Roncar<\/strong> es el nombre com\u00fan con el que conocemos a lo que cl\u00ednicamente se denomina estertores. <strong>Es uno de los problemas respiratorios que pueden producirse durante el sue\u00f1o<\/strong>, y consiste en un <strong>flujo deficiente de aire en las v\u00edas respiratorias superiores<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>No es solamente un simple y molesto problema de sonido para quien comparte cama con quien lo padece o incluso los vecinos, sino que<strong> puede estar vinculado con otros problemas de salud m\u00e1s graves<\/strong>, como <strong>la apnea del sue\u00f1o<\/strong>, <strong>hipertensi\u00f3n arterial<\/strong> o<strong> problemas card\u00edacos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En caso de padecer esta condici\u00f3n<\/strong> y si adem\u00e1s tenemos <strong>otros s\u00edntomas como dolor de garganta<\/strong>, somnolencia o cansancio durante el d\u00eda, <strong>hipertensi\u00f3n arterial<\/strong>, dolores de cabeza al despertar, <strong>dificultad para concentrarnos<\/strong> o si nos despertamos en mitad del sue\u00f1o con sensaci\u00f3n de ahogo,<strong> lo primero es consultar a un m\u00e9dico<\/strong>. Un especialista del sue\u00f1o<strong> valorar\u00e1 si padecemos de apnea obstructiva del sue\u00f1o<\/strong> y podr\u00e1 determinar que tratamiento m\u00e9dico es el m\u00e1s indicado.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado,<strong> las causas de los ronquidos pueden ser otras<\/strong>, tales como anat\u00f3micas, <strong>un tabique nasal desviado,<\/strong> un<strong> paladar engrosado por sobrepeso<\/strong> o exceso de l\u00edquidos, <strong>el consumo de alcohol<\/strong>\u2026 El <strong>sexo masculino<\/strong> o la <strong>edad<\/strong> son adem\u00e1s<strong> factores que influyen notablemente<\/strong>, as\u00ed como la <strong>postura<\/strong> en la que dormimos.<\/p>\n<p>Como vemos, <strong>podemos influir en algunos de los factores mencionados<\/strong> de una manera m\u00e1s o menos sencilla. Para aquellas<strong> personas que roncan cuando duermen boca arriba<\/strong>, lo mejor es <strong>colocar almohadones en su espalda<\/strong> cuando se encuentran acostados de lado o incluso <strong>coser una pelota peque\u00f1a<\/strong>, tipo tenis, en la espalda del pijama, tal y como recomienda la Asociaci\u00f3n Americana del Sue\u00f1o, con el fin de impedir la postura de cubito supino.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>consumo de alcohol<\/strong> es una de las <strong>causas m\u00e1s importantes en el empeoramiento de los ronquidos<\/strong>. Si padeces un problema de adicci\u00f3n, te recomendamos que <strong>visites cuanto antes un especialista y un consultor nutricional,<\/strong> con el fin de que ambos te <strong>ayuden a superar tanto la adicci\u00f3n como los ronquidos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Una nariz taponada<\/strong> es un <strong>factor importante a la hora de roncar<\/strong>. Si estamos resfriados y tenemos la nariz taponada, podemos <strong>hacer uso de un spray nasal con agua de mar<\/strong> que ayude a limpiar las fosas nasales antes de acostarnos y con regularidad a lo largo del d\u00eda. Esto tambi\u00e9n ayudar\u00e1 a aliviar el enfriamiento antes. Si el <strong>problema es de sinusitis cr\u00f3nica<\/strong>, lo m\u00e1s importante es <strong>eliminar por completo el consumo de productos l\u00e1cteos<\/strong> y <strong>aplicar un emplasto de daikon fresco rallado<\/strong> en la zona de las fosas paranasales, es decir: entrecejo, parte superior de las cejas y laterales de la nariz. Este tratamiento se lleva a cabo durante unos 30 minutos. Realizar esta aplicaci\u00f3n tres veces por semana durante dos semanas o hasta sentir mejor\u00eda. En caso de tener el tabique desviado puedes tambi\u00e9n consultar con un cirujano especializado.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En caso de padecer sobrepeso<\/strong> es fundamental <strong>seguir una dieta de adelgazamiento<\/strong> con muchas verduras, entorno a un 60% de tu alimentaci\u00f3n diaria, mejor si est\u00e1n ligeramente cocinadas, ya que un exceso de alimentos crudos no contribuir\u00e1 a mejorar la situaci\u00f3n. Prueba a utilizar t\u00e9cnicas culinarias como vapor o escaldado para las ensaladas de hojas verdes, especialmente durante la temporada de invierno y<strong> limita el consumo de fruta a una pieza al d\u00eda<\/strong>. Demasiadas ensaladas o frutas en invierno van a enfriar el organismo y en vez de ayudarte a perder peso, contribuir\u00e1n a que los tejidos de tu paladar se reblandezcan y vibren m\u00e1s con el paso del aire. Tambi\u00e9n <strong>deber\u00edas evitar el consumo de prote\u00edna animal<\/strong> por la noche, ya que n<strong>o contribuye a un sue\u00f1o relajante y reparador<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, <strong>uno de los tratamientos<\/strong> que encuentro <strong>m\u00e1s eficaces para el tratamiento de los estertores es el de las compresas de jengibre<\/strong> aplicadas en la <strong>zona de los ri\u00f1ones<\/strong> y que os ense\u00f1ar\u00e9 a preparar en el proximo post.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Roncar es el nombre com\u00fan con el que conocemos a lo que cl\u00ednicamente se denomina estertores.
