Una pregunta recurrente en esta \u00e9poca es <strong>c\u00f3mo mejorar el sistema inmunitario<\/strong>. La realidad es que no podemos hacer que funcione m\u00e1s, pero s\u00ed <strong>podemos crear condiciones de equilibrio en las que pueda desempe\u00f1ar sus funciones sin trabas<\/strong>. Para ello os proponemos algunos consejos:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Equilibra el peso corporal<\/strong> dentro del margen de lo saludable, pues una variaci\u00f3n inferior o superior a lo adecuado dificulta la eficacia del sistema inmunitario<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mant\u00e9n las v\u00edas respiratorias<\/strong> y<strong> el intestino grueso limpios y activos<\/strong>. Para ello debes <strong>consumir muchas hojas verdes<\/strong>, pero no simplemente lechuga, sino las m\u00e1s frecuentes en oto\u00f1o e invierno, tales como <strong>berros<\/strong>, y las hojas de las <strong>coles<\/strong>, del <strong>br\u00f3coli<\/strong>, <strong>coles de Brusela<\/strong>s o de las <strong>coliflores<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n podemos<strong> incrementar <\/strong>el<strong> consumo de mostaza a la antigua ecol\u00f3gica<\/strong>, ya que <strong>contribuye a activar<\/strong> tanto los <strong>pulmones<\/strong> como el <strong>intestino grueso<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La<strong> piel es el \u00f3rgano m\u00e1s grande<\/strong> del cuerpo humano, con<strong> funci\u00f3n respiratoria<\/strong> y de <strong>limpieza<\/strong>. Para <strong>facilitar<\/strong> estos <strong>dos procesos<\/strong> podemos<strong> hacernos friegas corporales diarias<\/strong> con un pa\u00f1o de algod\u00f3n sumergido en agua bien caliente y luego muy escurrido. Debemos ir sumergi\u00e9ndolo en el agua cada vez que notemos que el pa\u00f1o ha perdido la temperatura. Esto no s\u00f3lo es un excelente <strong>ritual de belleza para mantener la piel perfecta<\/strong>, ya que se <strong>estimula la microcirculaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, sino tambi\u00e9n <strong>contribuye a activar el sistema linf\u00e1tico<\/strong>, especialmente cuando realizamos las friegas en zonas donde los ganglios linf\u00e1ticos se encuentran m\u00e1s en superficie.<\/p>\n<p>Seguro que es evidente, pero no est\u00e1 de m\u00e1s recordarlo: <strong>evita<\/strong> el<strong> consumo de t\u00f3xicos<\/strong> tales como <strong>tabaco<\/strong>, <strong>alcohol<\/strong>, <strong>caf\u00e9<\/strong>, <strong>refrescos<\/strong> y <strong>abuso de medicaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Si el objetivo es protegernos de microbios pat\u00f3genos, qu\u00e9 sentido tiene convertirnos en un vertedero y poner trabas a los gl\u00f3bulos blancos.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque, sin lugar dudas, una de las <strong>mejores formas<\/strong>, m\u00e1s <strong>efectivas<\/strong> y m\u00e1s <strong>divertidas<\/strong> de <strong>mantener el sistema inmunitario libre de sustancias<\/strong> que dificulten su actividad es el <strong>ejercicio f\u00edsico<\/strong>, particularmente si se realiza al aire libre. Paseos diarios de intensidad elevada, con una duraci\u00f3n tal que nos permita comenzar a sudar.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, pese a vivir en sociedades desarrolladas con un amplio abanico de posibilidades a la hora de elegir nuestros alimentos, cada vez son m\u00e1s frecuentes los casos de malnutrici\u00f3n, especialmente si hablamos de micronutrientes: hierro, zinc, cobre, selenio, \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico, vitaminas E, A, B6, C. En el caso de que, tras una anal\u00edtica descubramos que ese es nuestro caso, quiz\u00e1 porque no seguimos una alimentaci\u00f3n adecuada, o la elecci\u00f3n de los alimentos no incluye suficientes verduras, en un periodo de transici\u00f3n a una dieta m\u00e1s adecuada, podemos<strong> incrementar el consumo de algas<\/strong>. Una hoja de <strong>alga nori tostada<\/strong>, a diario, no s\u00f3lo nos <strong>aportar\u00e1 multitud de minerales<\/strong>, tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 deliciosa. Es conveniente incluirla en nuestra dieta si hacemos deporte, ya que con el sudor nos desmineralizamos.<\/p>\n<p>En cualquier caso, <strong>si notas que te est\u00e1s resfriando<\/strong> y has sentido escalofr\u00edos, lo <strong>mejor es tomar un buen ba\u00f1o de agua caliente con sal marina<\/strong> o sales de epsom. Despu\u00e9s de unos veinte minutos s\u00e9cate bien y prep\u00e1rate para disfrutar de una buena<strong> sopa de miso<\/strong>, bien caliente y con muchas verduras.
