Si <strong>realizas ejercicio DEMASIADO TIEMPO<\/strong> tu <strong>riesgo AUMENTA<\/strong>, pudiendo ser incluso m\u00e1s elevado que si no realizar\u00e1s nada de ejercicio en absoluto.<\/p>\n<p>La raz\u00f3n es simple: tu <strong>cuerpo interpreta los largos per\u00edodos de ejercicio como estr\u00e9s<\/strong>. Escucha a tu cuerpo y recuerda que el <strong>entrenamiento<\/strong> que realices hoy <strong>no se centra en cu\u00e1nto tiempo haces ejercicio<\/strong>, sino que se trata de la <strong>eficiencia con la que se ejerce<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Para <strong>fortalecer tu sistema inmunol\u00f3gico<\/strong> es suficiente para<strong> trabajar 12 minutos al d\u00eda<\/strong>, pero durante esos 12 minutos nuestro<strong> objetivo debe ser alcanzar un pico de intensidad<\/strong> en un corto per\u00edodo de tiempo para luego descansar.
