Aqu\u00ed te ense\u00f1amos c\u00f3mo <\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW232515526 BCX0\" lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW232515526 BCX0\">gestionarlo.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"EOP SCXW232515526 BCX0\" data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h6>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">La Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud define el <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">estr\u00e9s<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> como el conjunto de reacciones fisiol\u00f3gicas que prepara el organismo para la acci\u00f3n, es decir, es un <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">sistema de alerta<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> biol\u00f3gico necesario para la supervivencia. Como nos cuenta Cinthya Molina, psic\u00f3loga de SHA, \u201cel estr\u00e9s es <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">innato, natural e instintivo<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> y lo necesitamos para sobrevivir. Cuando los seres humanos todav\u00eda viv\u00edamos en cuevas, era el <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">mecanismo de escape<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> que nos permit\u00eda huir de cualquier amenaza. Y, aunque en la actualidad ya no tenemos que defendernos del ataque de un mamut, es el estr\u00e9s el que nos ayuda a <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">alcanzar nuestros objetivos<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> y metas y superar los desaf\u00edos que la vida nos pone por delante. El problema se produce cuando deja de ser una respuesta puntual frente a una situaci\u00f3n concreta y se <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">cronifica<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">. De hecho, hay estudios que demuestran que un poco de estr\u00e9s mejora la memoria, mientras que un exceso, la anula. Y es que, cuando el cuerpo humano se enfrenta a una situaci\u00f3n estresante, libera determinadas hormonas y sustancias, como <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">la adrenalina o el cortisol<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, que activan el sistema de huida del organismo. Adem\u00e1s, <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">el estr\u00e9s cr\u00f3nico est\u00e1 muy relacionado con la depresi\u00f3n<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u201d.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Pero, aunque conocemos la teor\u00eda, la pr\u00e1ctica es bien distinta. Porque vivimos en una <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">sociedad hiperestimulante <\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">que demanda constantemente el 100 % de nuestras capacidades y, adem\u00e1s, en modo multitarea. Por eso, en muchas ocasiones nos vemos <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">superados por la propia realidad<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, un sentimiento que se acrecienta debido a la inestabilidad social, personal y laboral provocada por la crisis sanitaria global. Y existen pocas cosas tan estresantes como la <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">sensaci\u00f3n de no tener el control<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">. Pero, como nos recuerda Cinthya, \u201cla <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">realidad es neutra<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, no tiene un significado en s\u00ed misma ni est\u00e1 cargada de emociones.
