Por ello, resulta conveniente preguntarse qu\u00e9 es y qu\u00e9 genera inflamaci\u00f3n en el cuerpo humano.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Entendemos inflamaci\u00f3n como la respuesta del sistema inmunitario ante agresiones las cuales pueden ser resultado por ejemplo de un proceso infeccioso, un golpe, estr\u00e9s, obesidad<\/strong>\u2026 Adem\u00e1s, <strong>distinguimos entre aguda (a corto plazo) y cr\u00f3nica (a largo plazo)<\/strong>. En estos t\u00e9rminos no podemos decir que la inflamaci\u00f3n sea buena o mala, ya que tiene la<strong> funci\u00f3n original de defendernos y protegernos<\/strong>, pero si su presencia es prolongada debe preocuparnos y debemos someternos a an\u00e1lisis con el fin de conocer sus causas y poder corregirla.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>inflamaci\u00f3n cr\u00f3nica no siempre es percibida con s\u00edntomas de calor o enrojecimiento<\/strong>. Un ejemplo es el caso de los adipocitos, las c\u00e9lulas que acumulan grasa, y que en situaciones de obesidad, est\u00e1n inflamados. El <strong>estr\u00e9s es otro factor fundamental en casos de cronicidad<\/strong>, ya que las hormonas del estr\u00e9s act\u00faan en esa direcci\u00f3n, causando una inflamaci\u00f3n generalizada.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed pues la<strong> alimentaci\u00f3n y el estilo de vida son factores fundamentales a tener en cuenta si queremos establecer una dieta antiinflamatoria<\/strong>. Dentro de los <strong>alimentos<\/strong> que debemos <strong>evitar se encuentran todos los procesados y refinados, adem\u00e1s de los que han sido cultivados utilizando pesticidas, herbicidas u otros qu\u00edmicos similares<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Una<strong> dieta antiinflamatoria est\u00e1 llena de hojas verdes, verduras, alimentos integrales, \u00e1cidos grasos saludables y prote\u00ednas de f\u00e1cil asimilaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. El <strong>cambio es m\u00e1s sencillo de lo que piensas<\/strong>, pues no se trata de eliminar todos los alimentos que consumes habitualmente, piensa m\u00e1s bien en el proceso de<strong> introducir cada d\u00eda, cada semana o cada mes, alimentos nuevos, sustituyendo las harinas por cereales enteros e integrales<\/strong>. Localiza un mercado de proximidad y <strong>ecol\u00f3gico<\/strong> en el que hacer tus compras semanales, especialmente las verduras. Tan s\u00f3lo necesitas hacer una compra a la semana si te planificas.<\/p>\n<p>Otro aspecto que no se puede olvidar para seguir una dieta antiinflamatoria es el <strong>ejercicio<\/strong>, \u00a1mu\u00e9vete! Puede ser un<strong> paseo de 30 minutos al d\u00eda<\/strong>, ir a <strong>bailar<\/strong>, a <strong>nadar<\/strong> o al <strong>gimnasio<\/strong>. La actividad la eliges t\u00fa, pero <strong>no permitas que el organismo se oxide<\/strong>, ya que est\u00e1 pensado para moverse y lo contrario, lo inflama.<\/p>\n<p>No olvides <strong>reducir tus niveles de estr\u00e9s<\/strong>. Las opciones son varias y no olvides que el ejercicio es una de ellas (por si esto te motiva m\u00e1s). Pero tambi\u00e9n es excelente <strong>practicar la meditaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, o si lo prefieres, el <strong>mindfulness<\/strong>, que no son otra cosa que <strong>t\u00e9cnicas para controlar las emociones y las reacciones<\/strong>. Si estar con la familia es lo que mejor te va para relajarte, pues no olvides hacer un hueco diario en tu agenda para disfrutar con ella de momentos de calidad. <strong>Las aficiones tambi\u00e9n son una recurso que nos ayuda a olvidar las preocupaciones<\/strong> y por ello, a reducir el estr\u00e9s. Si vienes a SHA no olvides preguntar por las terapias de gesti\u00f3n del estr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Parece obvio, pero no puedo dejar de recordarte que <strong>eliminar los t\u00f3xicos de tu vida es primordial<\/strong> si quieres reducir la inflamaci\u00f3n. Nada de caf\u00e9, alcohol o tabaco.
