Para un equilibrio f\u00edsico y mental, necesitamos una cantidad adecuada, ya que, si no hay suficiente o demasiado, nuestros \u00f3rganos no pueden realizar sus funciones<\/strong> y el cuerpo no podr\u00e1 eliminar la retenci\u00f3n de agua. <strong>Los antojos suelen ser una se\u00f1al de un \u00f3rgano que necesita QI adicional.<\/strong> En la MTC necesitamos saber cu\u00e1les son tus preferencias de alimentos para obtener una imagen m\u00e1s clara de c\u00f3mo se siente tu cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tendemos a luchar contra el aumento de peso porque nos centramos s\u00f3lo en las calor\u00edas consumidas versus las calor\u00edas quemadas. En la MTC, los alimentos son s\u00f3lo uno de los diversos recursos de curaci\u00f3n utilizados para los tratamientos.<\/strong> Trabajamos para comprender la energ\u00eda que tienen los diferentes tipos de alimentos y qu\u00e9 es lo m\u00e1s adecuado para una persona seg\u00fan su constituci\u00f3n en un momento determinado. <strong>Los practicantes de la MTC intentan descubrir por qu\u00e9 podr\u00eda tener un QI d\u00e9bil y luego enfocarse en hacer que los \u00f3rganos vuelvan a funcionar como deber\u00edan.<\/strong> Los tratamientos de la Medicina Tradicional China tambi\u00e9n usan la acupuntura y las hierbas para ayudar a equilibrar el cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p>Entonces, <strong>si estas luchando para mantener un peso saludable, recuerda qu\u00e9 cosas son las que pueden debilitar tu QI: <\/strong>estr\u00e9s excesivo, <strong>falta de sue\u00f1o (cantidad y calidad),<\/strong> dificultad emocional y<strong> una dieta deficiente.<\/strong> Cuando tengamos poca energ\u00eda aumentar\u00e1n nuestra ganas de comer.
