Dado que <strong>los dos factores que m\u00e1s tienden a variar son la masa muscular y la masa grasa<\/strong>, cuando hacemos referencia al tema del peso nos estamos refiriendo a estos dos factores.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Cuando nos <strong>enfocamos en la p\u00e9rdida de peso<\/strong> , debemos <strong>considerar que perderemos grasa y m\u00fasculo<\/strong>. Esto ultimo<strong> puede ser contraproducente si la p\u00e9rdida muscular es muy grande<\/strong> o se prolonga. Cuando hablamos de <strong>p\u00e9rdida de grasa, puede que el impacto en la b\u00e1scula no sea tan dram\u00e1tico como lo esper\u00e1bamos<\/strong>, sin embargo gradualmente nuestro cuerpo va sufriendo una recomposici\u00f3n corporal, que nos hace perder volumen, ayud\u00e1ndonos a lucir un cuerpo y silueta mas definida y compacta a medida que vamos perdiendo % de grasa.<\/p>\n<p>Lo ideal para lograr esa quema de grasa , es una <strong>rutina con ejercicios compuestos involucrando varios grupos musculares<\/strong> ( full-body ) al mismo tiempo , <strong>incrementando el gasto cal\u00f3rico = mayor quema de grasa.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Algunos ejemplos de estos ejercicios son :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Burpees<\/strong> , saltos de caj\u00f3n <strong>, dominadas<\/strong> y flexiones.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Entrenamientos que generen el efecto EPOC<\/strong> (consumo de oxigeno post ejercicio ) , estos ejercicios <strong>se caracterizan<\/strong> porque <strong>despu\u00e9s de haber terminado la sesi\u00f3n seguimos quemando grasa.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Rutinas de fuerza<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No debemos olvidar que siempre debemos<strong> hacer una valoraci\u00f3n funcional con un entrenador certificado que nos ayude a encontrar la rutina id\u00f3nea<\/strong> que no nos genere lesiones y que nos ayude a conseguir nuestros objetivos de manera progresiva y segura.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>2019 es el a\u00f1o para empezar con un enfoque saludable acerca del mito \u201cmenor peso , m\u00e1s salud\u201d.
