{"id":72422,"date":"2019-03-05T11:12:10","date_gmt":"2019-03-05T09:12:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/tecnicas-de-meditacion\/"},"modified":"2022-11-09T20:37:24","modified_gmt":"2022-11-09T18:37:24","slug":"tecnicas-de-meditacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/es\/tecnicas-de-meditacion\/","title":{"rendered":"T\u00e9cnicas de Meditaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Hoy en la cl\u00ednica, he pasado consulta a una paciente que ten\u00eda unos an\u00e1lisis de sangre perfectos y estaba llena de energ\u00eda.<\/strong> Como es habitual en los diagn\u00f3sticos de MTC, he comprobado el pulso y la lengua, la he mirado y le he dicho que <strong>podr\u00eda tener toda la energ\u00eda posible pero que su cuerpo estaba agotado.<\/strong> Ella ha suspirado y relajado sus hombros. Hemos continuado con algunas preguntas sobre salud y su vida diaria. Una madre que trabaja a tiempo completo, ama su trabajo, tiene dos hijos un marido maravilloso. Vive cerca de la costa, come muy bien y hace una hora y media de meditaci\u00f3n cada d\u00eda antes de la rutina \u201cfamiliar\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Le he preguntado <strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 haces para relajarte?<\/strong> \u00bfQu\u00e9 haces para poner la mente en blanco y no pensar en nada? Ella me ha mirado y me ha dicho:<strong> \u201cHago meditaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pero, \u00bfqu\u00e9 es la meditaci\u00f3n y por qu\u00e9 se usa como remedio para todos los desequilibrios de la vida moderna?<\/strong> Bueno, no es magia y no elimina todas las dificultades de nuestra vida. La meditaci\u00f3n no garantiza que no lleguemos a la oficina enfadados por culpa del tr\u00e1fico, ni garantiza el \u00e9xito que tendremos en nuestro proyectos. <strong>La meditaci\u00f3n realizada como un \u201c deber\u201d no nos recarga de energ\u00eda.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>La meditaci\u00f3n debe ser algo que nos proporcione calma a la hora de ver las cosas y afrontar los problemas.<\/strong> De hecho, deber\u00edamos generar una sensaci\u00f3n de paz y tranquilidad en nosotros mismos. La pr\u00e1ctica crea resiliencia a las pruebas de la vida ya que somos <strong>conscientes de nosotros mismos, y de c\u00f3mo las diferentes cosas nos afectan de maneras distintas,<\/strong> y, adem\u00e1s, c\u00f3mo hemos aprendido a lidiar con estas pruebas. Como todos tenemos diferentes personalidades y caracter\u00edsticas,<strong> existen muchas maneras de recorrer el camino de la meditaci\u00f3n.<\/strong> <strong>Es importante que encontremos una t\u00e9cnica que se adapte a nosotros y nos guste.<\/strong> La meditaci\u00f3n guiada, a trav\u00e9s de Internet, es un excelente inicio para ver la forma de meditar que preferimos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hay varias \u201ctradiciones\u201d en la meditaci\u00f3n. <\/strong>Por ejemplo,<strong> las formas tao\u00edstas<\/strong> generalmente se dividen en tres \u00e1reas: <strong>perspicacia, visualizaci\u00f3n y concentraci\u00f3n.<\/strong> <strong>Mindfulness<\/strong>, es m\u00e1s una tradici\u00f3n budista, que <strong>se enfoca m\u00e1s en la respiraci\u00f3n<\/strong> y en ser conscientes de lo que se est\u00e1 haciendo en un momento dado.<\/p>\n<p>Algunos ejemplos de muchos son:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li><strong>Meditaci\u00f3n basada en la respiraci\u00f3n:<\/strong> se centra en el QI uniendo la mente y la respiraci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Meditaci\u00f3n basada en poner la mente en blanco:<\/strong> enfocada en borrar sentimientos y pensamientos<\/li>\n<li><strong>Visualizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: puede ser situacional o visualizando al cuerpo en una relaci\u00f3n con las fuerzas vitales m\u00e1s grandes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00bfSentado o no?<\/strong> Esa es una de las preguntas clave. <strong>No existe ninguna regla precisa, depende de lo que nos convenga personalmente.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfCon qu\u00e9 frecuencia deber\u00edamos meditar?<\/strong> Esta es otra pregunta que siempre nos hacemos. Muchos estudios demuestran que si meditamos 20 minutos al d\u00eda sentiremos los beneficios. <strong>Pero seg\u00fan mi opini\u00f3n, es el por qu\u00e9 y la forma en la que se medita la que nos aporta los beneficios.<\/strong> As\u00ed que volviendo a mi paciente; sale de la cama teniendo en la cabeza una lista de cosas para hacer durante el d\u00eda, con la mente todav\u00eda lenta para poder meditar adecuadamente ya que meditar requiere una pr\u00e1ctica y una dedicaci\u00f3n real. Le recomend\u00e9 que hiciera meditaci\u00f3n cerca del mar despu\u00e9s de dejar a sus hijos en el colegio y antes de trabajar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tambi\u00e9n podemos meditar despu\u00e9s del trabajo para relajarnos. Siempre tenemos que intentar encontrar ese tiempo extra para nosotros mismos y meditar para ver lo que sucede en nuestros cuerpos, mente y alma cuando nos sentimos abrumados o estresados.<\/strong> Se recomienda no meditar antes de acostarse, pero si se ajusta a nuestro estilo de vida y no nos quedamos dormidos entonces estar\u00eda bien.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo meditas? Incluso en peque\u00f1as dosis, la meditaci\u00f3n recuerda al cuerpo y alma que a veces lo mejor que puedes hacer es dejar fluir.<\/strong> Encuentra un m\u00e9todo, el tiempo y la t\u00e9cnica que sobre todo te d\u00e9 alegr\u00eda. No existe una manera correcta o equivocada; puedes practicar en cualquier lugar y momento. Si tu mente divaga, tr\u00e1ela de vuelta.
