Este es un problema muy frecuente en cl\u00ednica.<\/strong> \u201cMe despierto todos los d\u00edas a las 4 de la ma\u00f1ana, todas las noches y luego no puedo volver a dormirme\u201d, este es otro problema muy com\u00fan cuando las personas hablan sobre sus dificultades para dormir. <strong>Puede ser a las 4 o 2 de la ma\u00f1ana, pero el patr\u00f3n de levantarse a la misma hora es tambi\u00e9n un tema recurrente.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Entonces, antes de entrar en detalles sobre c\u00f3mo vemos el insomnio en MTC, quisiera hablar de nuestro reloj biol\u00f3gico.<strong> Seg\u00fan los principios de la MTC nuestros \u00f3rganos tienen su \u201cpropio intervalo de tiempo\u201d en las 24 horas del d\u00eda<\/strong>. Podr\u00edamos decir, que el momento en el que est\u00e1n m\u00e1s activos, o si fu\u00e9ramos un ordenador, ser\u00eda en el momento de arrancar despu\u00e9s de estar en modo \u201cstandby\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nuestro reloj biol\u00f3gico en el mundo ideal ser\u00eda llegar a casa a las 19:00. Es el momento perfecto para relajarse, de 19:00 a 21:00 es la hora para nuestro Pericardio<\/strong> (el \u00e1rea alrededor de nuestro coraz\u00f3n). El Pericardio disfruta de la sensaci\u00f3n de protecci\u00f3n, seguridad y amor. \u00c9sta ser\u00eda la ocasi\u00f3n perfecta para descansar, meditar o leer. <strong>Lo perfecto ser\u00eda cenar ligero antes de las 21:00.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Entre las 21:00 y las 23:00 nuestro cuerpo comienza a prepararse para dormir.<\/strong> La MTC denomina este momento el Quemador Triple o sistema endocrino. Cuando esto se activa, nuestras hormonas est\u00e1n cambiando los roles de la estimulaci\u00f3n de despertarse a la melatonina y las hormonas relajantes. Las tasas metab\u00f3licas est\u00e1n trabajando para iluminar el camino a nuestras camas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La franja horaria de 1am a 3am pertenece al h\u00edgado.<\/strong> Ya deber\u00edamos estar profundamente dormidos; nuestra sangre est\u00e1 en modo detox y nuestro cuerpo en reposo y recuperaci\u00f3n. Cuando nos despertamos repetidamente dentro de este marco de tiempo, generalmente no nos despertamos sinti\u00e9ndonos descansados. El h\u00edgado est\u00e1 asociado con las emociones de frustraci\u00f3n o enojo, tal vez algo realmente nos est\u00e9 molestando.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El intervalo de tiempo entre las 3am y las 5am, pertenece a nuestro pulmones, todav\u00eda deber\u00edamos estar profundamente dormidos, normalmente tenemos sue\u00f1os y recuerdos emergentes.<\/strong> Estamos en desintoxicaci\u00f3n pulmonar. Mucha gente, se despierta en este momento, esto refleja ansiedad y quiz\u00e1s algo de tristeza reprimida. Idealmente, deber\u00edamos empezar a despertarnos entre las 5am y las 7 am; este intervalo pertenece al intestino grueso. El \u00f3rgano ha estado ocupado recolectando residuos y toxinas durante toda la noche y es hora de eliminarlos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Entre las 7am y las 9am ser\u00eda la hora del desayuno, lo ideal es llegar descansados y relajados.<\/strong> Estas horas pertenecen al est\u00f3mago; es el momento de concentrase y prepararse para el d\u00eda. Esta comprensi\u00f3n de nuestro reloj biol\u00f3gico natural y c\u00f3mo funciona, ayudar\u00e1 naturalmente a los problemas para dormir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desafortunadamente, nuestra vida no siempre va junto con este reloj biol\u00f3gico.<\/strong> Cuando esto sucede, aparte de problemas digestivos y otros, podemos sufrir insomnio. En la cl\u00ednica, el problema de \u201cNo puedo dormir\u201d, es seguido por mi pregunta: \u201c\u00bfC\u00f3mo definir\u00edas esto como una dificultad para conciliar el sue\u00f1o, una dificultad para mantenerte dormido o un sue\u00f1o no reparador?\u201d<strong> En la MTC, clasificamos el insomnio en estos tres patrones principales de trastornos del sue\u00f1o. Comprender cu\u00e1l nos est\u00e1 afectando nos permitir\u00e1 gestionar el problema:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Deficiencia de Sangre y Qi:<\/strong> no comer los alimentos adecuados, ejercicio excesivo o sobreestimulaci\u00f3n del cerebro.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Deficiencia de Yin:<\/strong> enfermedad prolongada y cambios emocionales fuertes en la vida.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Exceso (calor, fuego, flema o retenci\u00f3n de alimentos):<\/strong> malos h\u00e1bitos alimenticios como comer en exceso, comer comidas pesadas y consumir caf\u00e9 y alcohol.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos afrontar el insomnio?<\/strong> La dieta ayudar\u00e1 a las deficiencias en la sangre, por ejemplo: el caldo de huesos, los berros, el pasto de trigo, las bayas y la avena pueden a\u00f1adirse a las comidas. Los alimentos que aumenta el Yin son: el tofu, el s\u00e9samo, los brotes de alubias, las algas marinas, el pescado y los frijoles. Si no se consumen demasiados alimentos ricos en minerales, especialmente en hierro, calcio y magnesio, se deben tomar suplementos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Adem\u00e1s, la acupuntura y el QI Gong (Tai Chi) son maneras excelentes para ayudar con los problemas de insomnio, ya que ayudan a equilibrar el QI, al igual que la meditaci\u00f3n y la m\u00fasica relajante<\/strong>. Hay que evitar cualquier dispositivo electr\u00f3nico al menos media hora antes de acostar con el fin de relajar la mente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Entonces, cuando no puedas dormir, revisa tu reloj biol\u00f3gico MTC y tu rutina, mira qu\u00e9 \u00e1reas necesitan cambios<\/strong>. Consulta a un especialista en MTC antes de que el insomnio te quite demasiada energ\u00eda de tu vida diaria. Y recuerda que puedes estar muy baja en energ\u00eda (QI), o tener demasiada. La MTC puede ayudarte a recuperar un patr\u00f3n de sue\u00f1o natural. Nuestro Ying y Yang debe ser equilibrado en el d\u00eda, el Yang QI domina y cuando llega la noche, Yin QI tranquilo y nutritivo domina.
