Esta puede ser f\u00edsica o mental.<\/strong> Como en cualquier adicci\u00f3n, las caracter\u00edsticas del uso habitual hacen que poco a poco tengamos que fumar m\u00e1s para conseguir la misma sensaci\u00f3n. Lamentablemente, <strong>mientras m\u00e1s cantidades de nicotina consumimos, el cuerpo reacciona con el aumento de la presi\u00f3n arterial,<\/strong> la frecuencia card\u00edaca y<strong> la vasoconstricci\u00f3n capilar,<\/strong> adem\u00e1s de los cambios emocionales y estados de \u00e1nimo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Los patrones de adicci\u00f3n se pueden ver reflejados en la inquietud, la incomodidad, los dolores de cabeza, las palpitaciones, la fatiga, los trastornos del sue\u00f1o, etc.<\/strong> Esto se debe a que la nicotina, puede ser vista como un neurotransmisor que cambia la forma en que funciona el cerebro, cortando una larga historia de reacciones qu\u00edmicas, el efecto biof\u00edsico es la secreci\u00f3n de dopamina: sentimos placer.<\/p>\n<h3>Entonces, \u00bfc\u00f3mo se relaciona la Medicina Tradicional China con el tabaco?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>La palabra clave para m\u00ed est\u00e1 en el significado de \u201cSHEN\u201d, Esp\u00edritu<\/strong>. Cuando \u201cSHEN\u201d se ve perturbado, hay un Coraz\u00f3n desequilibrado, hay calor (problemas Emocionales), tal vez hay un Fuego Hep\u00e1tico (problemas de Ira) o existe una desconexi\u00f3n entre el Coraz\u00f3n y el Ri\u00f1\u00f3n ( problemas de Miedo). <strong>La clave para cualquier adicci\u00f3n es encontrar la causa, no tratar los s\u00edntomas. Normalmente empezamos a fumar cuando SHEN o nuestro Esp\u00edrito no est\u00e1 en el lugar correcto.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Naturalmente, en la MTC vemos el fumar como \u201cFuego\u201d, un elemento con caracter\u00edsticas de calentamiento.<\/strong> El humo entra en contacto con la boca y la nariz. Asociamos estas partes de nuestro cuerpo con las funciones del est\u00f3mago y los pulmones. Nuestros Pulmones en la MTC ayudan al cuerpo en la respiraci\u00f3n y aseguran que nuestros \u00f3rganos internos tengan la cantidad adecuada de l\u00edquidos\/fluidos par trabajar como deber\u00edan. Esto incluye nuestra piel y pelo.<strong> Como hay calor, la sequedad de los l\u00edquidos puede causar estre\u00f1imiento, sequedad de garganta, tos o incluso cerrar el estomago.<\/strong> Muchas personas temen dejar de fumar por el echo de recuperar el apetito y engordar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En la MTC hay tres patrones de adicci\u00f3n al tabaco. Cada uno se trata de manera diferente:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li><strong>Uno esta asociado con la sequedad de los pulmones y l\u00edquidos.<\/strong> Esto se manifiesta como sequedad de boca y nariz, dolor de garganta, tos seca con expectoraci\u00f3n dif\u00edcil, generalmente con mucosidad espesa y m\u00e1s amarilla, flemas con sangre, estre\u00f1imiento, agitaci\u00f3n e insomnio.<\/li>\n<li><strong>El Fuego Hep\u00e1tico afectar\u00e1 nuestro bazo<\/strong>, nos sentiremos mal, tendremos dolores en la parte media y lateral de nuestro cuerpo, fatiga por insomnio y no tendremos fuerza de voluntad.<\/li>\n<li><strong>El Coraz\u00f3n y el Ri\u00f1\u00f3n<\/strong> \u2013 nos sentiremos m\u00e1s agitados, transpiraremos, tendremos la boca seca, sentiremos mareos, y tendremos zumbidos en nuestros o\u00eddos y vista.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>En la cl\u00ednica, tratamos los problemas de adicci\u00f3n al tabaco con acupuntura para combatir los s\u00edntomas generales de ansiedad, estr\u00e9s e insomnio.<\/strong> Luego tratamos el s\u00edndrome y los s\u00edntomas espec\u00edficos. Por lo general, tambi\u00e9n solemos utilizar la terapia auricular (alrededor de los o\u00eddos). Al acabar la sesi\u00f3n se colocan unos peque\u00f1os imanes alrededor de los o\u00eddos para que el paciente pueda continuar con su tratamiento de desintoxicaci\u00f3n una vez terminada la sesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Siempre recomendamos beber muchos l\u00edquidos,<\/strong> t\u00e9 de menta o t\u00e9 verde que ayudan a desintoxicar. El ejercicio f\u00edsico tambi\u00e9n es fundamental a la hora de dejar de fumar; esto har\u00e1 que los pulmones vuelvan a estar en forma, ayudar\u00e1 a la desintoxicaci\u00f3n y nos dar\u00e1 nuestra dosis de serotonina de forma natural. <strong>No hay que olvidarse de comer alimentos frescos para ayudar al cuerpo a encontrar su equilibrio de nuevo.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El fumar se trata como cualquier otra adicci\u00f3n.
