S\u00f3lo tiene un perfil nutricional que es, o no, adecuado para un clima, una persona o una condici\u00f3n particular. \u00bfCu\u00e1ndo comeremos el aguacate? \u00bfEn verano en Espa\u00f1a o en invierno en Finlandia? \u00bfLa persona que lo est\u00e1 comiendo es alguien muy friolero o es propenso sentir calor? \u00bfSufren de reflujo o digesti\u00f3n fuerte?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Debemos comprender las cualidades energ\u00e9ticas de los alimentos y aplicar ese conocimiento a lo que comemos.<\/strong> Puede parecer dif\u00edcil, pero no lo es, si elegimos los alimentos que la naturaleza nos ofrece cada mes.<\/p>\n<h4>Grasas buenas y grasas malas<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Las grasas pueden ser saturadas o no saturadas.<\/strong> No es que sean buenas o malas, ya que ambas son necesarias en las cantidades y proporciones correctas, para disfrutar de una vida activa y saludable. <strong>Deber\u00edamos comer menos grasas saturadas que grasas no saturadas.<\/strong> Podemos hacerlo minimizando o evitando la mantequilla, los productos l\u00e1cteos, las carnes, el aceite de palma, el aceite de coco, que son s\u00f3lidos a temperatura ambiente, en favor de las grasas no saturadas, como los aceites de oliva, s\u00e9samo, semillas o nueces.<\/p>\n<p>Otra buena raz\u00f3n para evitar las grasas saturadas, especialmente de origen animal, <strong>es evitar las toxinas que se acumulan en ellas a lo largo de la vida de los animales.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El consumo de aceite vegetal debe ser equilibrado para obtener las cantidades correctas de omega-3 y omega-6. Esto es f\u00e1cil si consumimos cantidades moderadas de aceites de oliva o s\u00e9samo todos los d\u00edas y algunos frutos secos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La calidad del aceite es especialmente importante. Siempre debe ser org\u00e1nico, prensado en fr\u00edo y s\u00f3lo desde el primer prensado<\/strong>, ya que los que se obtienen por otros medios, como por ejemplo a trav\u00e9s de tratamientos auditivos o qu\u00edmicos, da\u00f1an el producto y pueden ser nocivos.<\/p>\n<h4>Peces: Peque\u00f1os, salvajes y no demasiado<\/h4>\n<p>Si incluimos el pescado en nuestra dieta, <strong>lo ideal ser\u00eda que se tratara de especies peque\u00f1as y capturadas de forma silvestre.<\/strong> De esta manera evitamos consumir los metales pesados y las toxinas que se acumulan en los peces depredadores de mayor tama\u00f1o y en los peces de piscifactor\u00eda. Tambi\u00e9n hay otras formas de eliminar estos metales pesados.
