Y ese, es el cambio el que convierte los \u201cd\u00edas libres\u201d en \u201cd\u00edas de vacaciones\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>.Dejar todo listo<\/strong> antes de irte es esencial para no dejar nada pendiente que te distraiga la mente.<\/p>\n<p>.<strong>Desconecta,<\/strong> fija una franja horaria para hacer uso de los dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos, c\u00famplela al igual que lo haces con tu rutina.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>.No al multitask<\/em><\/strong><em> conc\u00e9ntrate en una \u00fanica tarea o actividad y disfruta plenamente de esta.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>EJERCITA TU CUERPO<\/strong> sin llevarlo al estr\u00e9s, fija un tiempo de 30 a 45 minutos en tu d\u00eda en el cual actives todo tu cuerpo con actividades como el senderismo, nataci\u00f3n, yoga, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>.Ejercita tu mente,<\/strong> es uno de los h\u00e1bitos que menos se pone en pr\u00e1ctica y el m\u00e1s beneficioso. Elige un libro y proponte leerlo en vacaciones, subraya las palabras que no conozcas y busca el significado de cada una de ellas. Si no te apasiona leer tienes otras opciones como el sudoku, la sopa de letras o los juegos de mesa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ALIMENTACION<\/strong>  es uno de los puntos m\u00e1s importantes, en vacaciones resulta complicado no probar los platos t\u00edpicos del lugar que estas visitando. La clave esta en el no consumir m\u00e1s calor\u00edas de las que nuestro cuerpo requiere teniendo en cuenta la actividad f\u00edsica que tendr\u00e1s durante esos d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>INVIERTE TU TIEMPO DE MANERA INTELIGENTE<\/strong> ded\u00edcate tiempo a ti mismo y a las personas a las que quieres, y disfruta de actividades que en tu d\u00eda a d\u00eda no puedes realizar por falta de tiempo.
