No podemos masticar una ca\u00f1a de az\u00facar ni a\u00f1adir cucharadas de az\u00facar a nuestras bebidas. <strong>Es obvio que el arroz integral no afecta a nuestros cuerpos de la misma manera que el arroz blanco refinado.<\/strong> La fibra es la principal diferencia entre ellos. Los niveles m\u00e1s altos de fibra en el arroz integral ayudan a regular la funci\u00f3n intestinal y a alimentar a la microbiota, porque la fibra es el mejor prebi\u00f3tico. <strong>El arroz integral regula el colesterol y contribuye a la prevenci\u00f3n de ciertas enfermedades.
