Es una buena excusa para tener dos vacaciones. Si esto fuera posible, podr\u00edamos centrarnos en dos \u00f3rganos asociados con los meses de verano. <strong>Estos son el Coraz\u00f3n y el Est\u00f3mago\/Bazo.<\/strong> En un mundo ideal, durante este per\u00edodo podr\u00edamos \u00abtrabajar en diferentes aspectos del bienestar de estos \u00f3rganos y en cualquier problema de desequilibrio emocional\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En el TCM la naturaleza y las personas est\u00e1n totalmente interrelacionadas.<\/strong> Debemos cuidar nuestra salud de acuerdo a las estaciones del a\u00f1o. Podemos dividir nuestro verano entre el verano cl\u00e1sico y lo que podr\u00edamos llamar el verano tard\u00edo. El final del verano ser\u00eda en agosto con su clima caluroso y h\u00famedo y las tormentas de la tarde.<\/p>\n<p>El verano en nuestro hemisferio es la estaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s c\u00e1lida; que significa calor, o fuego. Este elemento asociado al verano nos da ese sentimiento de calidez, urgencia y, en particular, de felicidad. Por eso, cuando aparece el oto\u00f1o, no se trata s\u00f3lo de un \u00abblues post-vacacional\u00bb s\u00f3lo porque tenemos que volver al trabajo, <strong>sino que el cuerpo se enfr\u00eda y hay menos movimiento de forma natural.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Como se ha mencionado anteriormente, existen los dos \u00f3rganos asociados a los \u00abdos veranos\u00bb: <strong>El coraz\u00f3n y el est\u00f3mago\/bazo.<\/strong> Nuestro coraz\u00f3n est\u00e1 representado por la emoci\u00f3n de la felicidad, l<strong>os colores rojos calientes<\/strong>, y el elemento de fuego, pasi\u00f3n y movimiento. Es el mejor momento para divertirse y disfrutar. El final del verano est\u00e1 representado <strong>por el color amarillo<\/strong>, el elemento tierra. En agosto, la naturaleza est\u00e1 experimentando su \u00faltimo brote de crecimiento antes de la cosecha. Es el momento de \u00abaterrizar\u00bb, debemos cuidar nuestro sistema digestivo, nutrir nuestro cuerpo y trabajar en el aprendizaje. <strong>Podemos decir que maduramos, como las frutas de verano, usando la \u00faltima de las energ\u00edas del verano.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Estos son algunos Consejos de la Medicina Tradicional China para la Salud en el Verano:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Despertar m\u00e1s temprano en la ma\u00f1ana, para aprovechar toda <strong>la energ\u00eda YANG<\/strong> del d\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Acostarse m\u00e1s tarde por la noche.<\/strong> Hay mucho tiempo para descansar en los d\u00edas m\u00e1s oscuros y cortos de invierno.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Descansar al mediod\u00eda<\/strong>, en la medida de lo posible, es una \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o en la que, si estamos de vacaciones, nuestro sistema digestivo tambi\u00e9n puede descansar. Nuestra hora biol\u00f3gica es entre la 1pm y las 3pm natural para nuestro intestino delgado.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Beber mucho l\u00edquido<\/strong>; si hay tendencia a olvidarse, poner una alarma en su tel\u00e9fono.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Comer m\u00e1s alimentos YIN<\/strong>, que son ligeros y menos grasosos<\/li>\n<li><strong>Comer alimentos \u00abrefrescantes\u00bb<\/strong>; estos tienden hacia el extremo verde del espectro, como la lechuga, los pepinos y los berros, generan fluidos corporales saludables.<\/li>\n<li><strong>El pescado y los mariscos tambi\u00e9n son buenos para el organismo<\/strong>, en la MTC nos referimos a estos alimentos como los que tienen propiedades refrescantes, por lo que es mejor consumirlos en temporadas m\u00e1s calurosas.<\/li>\n<li>La MTC se refiere a las carnes como alimentos con una propiedad de calentamiento; <strong>esto debe evitarse.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>En el verano comer con moderaci\u00f3n<\/strong>; tendemos a tener m\u00e1s indigesti\u00f3n en los meses de verano.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As\u00ed que desde los or\u00edgenes de el TMC, <strong>el verano es realmente el momento de disfrutar del coraz\u00f3n y las ideas que se pueden poner en pr\u00e1ctica en oto\u00f1o e invierno.<\/strong> Hay que tratar de vigilar el est\u00f3mago y el bazo hasta agosto, con alimentos de color verde m\u00e1s claro.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a1Verano, verano, feliz temporada de verano!
