Los prebi\u00f3ticos son alimentos que nutren la microflora intestinal y ayudan a mantenerla equilibrada, como la fibra. <strong>El consumo diario de probi\u00f3ticos y prebi\u00f3ticos, que en conjunto se denominan simbi\u00f3ticos, es esencial para mantener un microbioma sano.<\/strong> Por eso es tan importante consumir verduras y alimentos no refinados. Una dieta pobre en prebi\u00f3ticos y probi\u00f3ticos es lo que ha llevado a los graves problemas intestinales generalizados de hoy en d\u00eda. <strong>Estos problemas afectan no s\u00f3lo al sistema digestivo, sino a todo el cuerpo<\/strong>, como en los casos de alergias, enfermedades autoinmunes e incluso problemas de enfermedades mentales degenerativas. Para reequilibrar el microbioma, <strong>es aconsejable consumir suplementos probi\u00f3ticos de buena calidad durante algunas semanas o incluso meses.<\/strong> Dicho esto, tambi\u00e9n deber\u00edamos comer verduras fermentadas como el chucrut o el kimchi y alimentos no refinados ricos en fibra.<\/p>\n<h4>Vitamina D del sol y de los cereales<\/h4>\n<p><strong>La vitamina D es liposoluble<\/strong>, lo que significa que puede almacenarse en el cuerpo durante un tiempo. As\u00ed que no tenemos que preocuparnos por comerlo todos los d\u00edas. Los rayos ultravioletas en la piel act\u00faan, por lo que es una buena idea exponer la piel al sol, <strong>durante 5 a 10 minutos al d\u00eda<\/strong>, dependiendo del tipo de piel. Durante el invierno podemos obtener vitamina D <strong>consumiendo cereales enteros porque se encuentra en sus semillas.<\/strong> Por otro lado, demasiada vitamina D, que puede ocurrir con demasiados suplementos, puede hacer que el calcio se precipite en los tejidos blandos.<\/p>\n<h4>Hojas verdes dos veces al d\u00eda<\/h4>\n<p><strong>La lechuga es una de las hojas verdes con menor valor nutricional ya que es principalmente agua.<\/strong> Si odias la lechuga, no te preocupes, podr\u00e1s encontrar otra hoja verde que te guste y comerla diariamente. Las plantas, en particular sus partes verdes, son el alimento m\u00e1s importante de la Tierra, y s<strong>on la base de la vida tal y como la conocemos.<\/strong> Realizan la fotos\u00edntesis y aportan el ox\u00edgeno necesario. S\u00f3lo la clorofila puede captar la energ\u00eda solar y transformarla en carbohidratos comestibles, entre otras cosas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Es una buena idea comer hojas verdes todos los d\u00edas, preferiblemente en las dos comidas principales.<\/strong> Se debe elegir entre los que crecen cerca y  cocinarlos o no, dependiendo de las necesidades y habilidades.
